I'm Pauline, I'm French, traveling in India for 3 months already and as often with the magie of travels, I'm planning to stay a bit longer. So I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in April. I will come back to Vienna only mid May.
A few info about the room and building:
- the room is fully equipped as I'm leaving everything there, with a comfy bed, bed sheet, and some plants to water from time to time.
The rent is 450€, everything included.
- The building has only shared flats, so no issues with the neighbors, a very relaxed atmosphere and not noisy tho. The building has a private courtyard where you can chill and put your bike.
You can basically arrive with your stuff and feel at home 🌞
In the 2nd district: between Prater and Augarten, and close to the canal and the Danube, so an ideal location.
A few minutes away from Praterstern, so amazing connections (U1, U2, S-Bahn to the main train station or the airport) and a billa open every day until 10pm, Sunday included..
-2 funny and relaxed flatmates (both vegetarian). Max, 25yo, German, cycler and football fan, he studied sport management.
And, Sebastian, from Tyrol, started working in Vienna in January. He likes outdoor sports, cooking, board games and exploring cities.
We all get along and the atmosphere at the flat is relaxed, based on respect and communication.
We have a cleaning plan without being strict about it because everyone takes their responsibilities.
We like a clean place to live.
