IcIch verlasse meine WG im zweiten Bezirk und ein Zimmer wird ab dem 15. Januar frei!
Das Zimmer hat 20 m2 und wird teilmöbliert übergeben. Ich werde das Zimmer mit einem Bett und einem großen Kleiderschrank verlassen.
Durch das Fenster an der Süd Seite ist es außerdem sehr hell. Die Straße vor dem Fenster ist eine Einbahnstraße.
Die Miete belauft sich auf 318€ und zusätzlich fällt eine Kaution von 250€.
Die Wohnung hat rund 75 qm2 und teilt sich auf 3 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad, Klo und Vorraum. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, allerdings haben wir keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, im Keller gibt es aber eine Maschine sowie einen Trockner, die jederzeit benutzt werden können. Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock und besitzt einen Lift, ein paar Stufen sind vom Lift aber immer zur Eingangstüre.

I am moving out of my WG in our apartment in the 2nd district and the room will be available from the 15th of January.
The room has 20 m2 and will be handed over partly furnished with a bed and a large wardrobe.
The room is very bright with a large window facing south and looking out onto Rotensterngasse.
The rent is 318€ and in addition there is a deposit of 250€.
The apartment is around 75 sqm2 and is divided into 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and hallway. The apartment is fully equipped, however we do not have a washing machine in the apartment, but in the basement there is a machine as well as a dryer that can be used at any time. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has an elevator, but there are a few steps from the elevator to the front door.

Die Lage ist absolut Top! Direkt an der U1 Station Nestroyplatz erreicht man in wenigen Minuten den Karlsplatz, Schwedenplatz oder Stephansplatz. Zum Schwedenplatz geht man auch zu Fuß nur rund 10 Minuten. Auch der Praterstern Bahnhof und damit alle möglichen Züge sind in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die U2 Station Taborstraße ist auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Ansonsten gibt es einige Cafe's und Restaurants und die Straßen sind gut belebt - auch zum Spazierengehen eine tolle Gegend. Vor allem auch im nahe gelegenen Augarten oder im Prater. :)

The location is absolutely great! Directly at the U1 station Nestroyplatz you can reach Karlsplatz, Schwedenplatz or Stephansplatz in a few minutes. To Schwedenplatz you also walk only about 10 minutes. Also the Praterstern station and thus all possible trains can be reached in a good 10 minutes on foot. The U2 station Taborstraße is also only a few minutes walk away.
Otherwise, there are some cafes and restaurants and the streets are well animated - also for walking a great area. Especially also in the nearby Augarten or in the Prater. :)

Die WG ist gechillt und entspannt und Gäste sind immer willkommen. Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Aurora und Annika. Sie sind beide super süß und freundlich und immer offen für einen Plausch in der Küche. Aurora ist eine italienisch-ungarische Soizale-Arbeit Studentin aus Wien und hat ein Klavier, auf dem sie manchmal gerne spielt. Annika kommt aus Deutschland, hat gerade ihr Masterstudium abgeschlossen und arbeitet für die UNO. Beide Mädels lieben es zu reisen und zu kochen, in der Küche gibt es fast immer etwas Gutes zu essen :)

The WG is calm and chilled and guests are always welcome. Your flatmates will be Aurora and Annika. They are both super sweet and friendly and always open for chatting in the kitchen. Aurora is an Italian/Hungarian social work student from Vienna and has a piano that she likes to play sometimes. Annika is from Germany, she just finished her masters degree and works for the UN. Both girls love to travel and cook, there is nearly always something good cooking in the kitchen :)

Wir suchen jemanden, der nett, freundlich und respektvoll ist und gerne mit anderen Menschen zusammenlebt. Beide Mädchen schätzen die Wohnung sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Stimmung in der Wohnung ist chill und die beiden oft arbeiten / studieren von zu Hause aus.
Wir hoffen, dass wir in der nächsten Woche persönliche/online Treffen haben werden.
