We are looking for a new tenant for a comfortable and very large room in our 3-person shared apartment. The shared apartment is on the 4th floor of a beautiful old building (no elevator!), is 130 m² in size and consists of a medium-sized anteroom, toilet, bathroom (with bathtub/shower), a kitchen and 3 large, separately accessible rooms.
There is no common living room.
The room is furnished, currently there is a bed, a couch and two wardrobes inside. The room has large windows that look out onto the quiet Rotenkreuzgasse and Taborstrasse.

Wir suchen nach einen Nachmieter für ein sehr gemütliches und großes Zimmer in unserer 3er WG. Die WG befindet sich im 4. OG eines schönen Altbau Gebäudes (kein Lift!), ist 130 m² groß und besteht aus einen mittelgroßen Vorzimmer, Toilette, Badezimmer (mit Badewanne/Dusche), einer geräumigen Küche und 3 großen getrennt begehbaren Zimmern.
Es gibt kein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer.
Das Zimmer ist möbeliert, derzeit befinden sich ein Bett, eine Couch und zwei Kleiderschränke drinnen. Das Zimmer hat große Fenster die auf die ruhige Rotenkreuzgasse und auch Haidgasse schauen.
The shared apartment is located at the beginning of Haidgasse in the 2nd district, and is therefore in close proximity to the U2 Taborstrasse, as well as tram line 2 and bus lines 5A/5B. There are plenty of shopping opportunities on Taborstrasse and at Karmelitermarkt, which is just two minutes walk away. Augarten Park is also just a few minutes walk away. Furthermore, it is only a 10-minute walk to Schwedenplatz/ the Donaukanal.

Die WG befindet sich am Anfang der Haidgasse im 2.Bezirk und ist somit in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U2 Taborstraße, sowie der Straßenbahnlinie 2 und den Buslinien 5A/5B. Es gibt reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an der Taborstraße, sowie am Karmelitermarkt, der nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Auch der Augarten befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Weiters sind es auch nur 10 min Gehweg zum Schwedenplatz/Donaukanal.
We are Harry (28) and Maya (25). We enjoy spending time together, but both of us are also very independent. It's important to us that everyone has the space they need. We are relaxed and friendly people, and like to keep the apartment clean and tidy. We are primarily speaking English, but we can also speak German!
Harry (28), I come from England. I've lived and worked in Vienna for four years. In my free time I enjoy sport, reading, listening to music, and hanging out :)
Maya (25), I am currently working for an International Organization. I would describe myself as a communicative person, I like to cheer up people around me. I love to cook as well, and can make good healthy food from home.
