Wir vermieten unser wunderschönes Kleingartenhaus mit eigenem Garten und Balkon für 6 Wochen während wir im Urlaub sind.
Diese Zwischenmiete ist insofern besonders, als dass wir auf der Suche nach einer oder zwei (es können bis zu 3 Personen im Haus schlafen) Personen sind, die Lust haben während dieser Zeit für unsere beiden Katzen verantwortlich zu sein und sich um sie zu kümmern. Die beiden sind Freigänger, es geht vor allem um das Füttern morgens und abends, aber natürlich auch um Streicheleinheiten.
Falls du nicht ganz den kompletten Zeitraum etwas suchst, aber fuer einen grossen Teil davon, melde dich gerne, dann können wir vielleicht versuchen die Zeit aufzuteilen. Mindestzeitraum wäre aber 4 Wochen.
Nun aber zum Haus. Das Haus ist ein schönes kleines Holzhaus aus dem Jahre 1801. Es gibt 2 Stockwerke, eine Küche und ein kleines Bad, sowie ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss (mit Klavier), ein Durchgangszimmer und ein Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer im ersten Stock. Es ist alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und du kannst während deiner Zeit hier selbstverständlich alles benutzen.
Es gibt eine schönen Garten mit Hängematte und Gartenmöbeln, gerade im Sommer lässt es sich wunderbar dort aufhalten.
Man kann in dem Haus sehr gut zu zweit wohnen, aber natürlich ist auch eine Einzelperson oder eine kleine Familie herzlich willkommen.
Die 900 EUR beziehen sich auf den kompletten Zeitraum von 6 Wochen (pro Woche 150 EUR).

We are renting out our beautiful wood-house with private garden and balcony for 6 weeks while we are on vacation.
This interim rental is special in that we are looking for one or two people (up to 3 people can sleep in the house) who would like to be responsible for our two cats and look after them during this time. The two cats are outdoor cats, it is mainly about feeding them in the morning and evening, but of course also about petting and loving them ;)
If you are not looking for the whole period, but for a large part of it, please contact us, then maybe we can try to divide the time. The minimum period would be 4 weeks.
The house is a beautiful little wooden house from 1801. There are 2 floors, a kitchen and a small bathroom, as well as a large living and dining room on the first floor (there is also a piano!), a passage room and a bedroom and study on the second floor. It is all very comfortably furnished and you can of course use everything during your time here.
There is a lovely garden with a hammock and garden furniture, which is a wonderful place to spend time in the summer.
The house is ideal for two people, but of course a single person or a small family is also very welcome.
The 900 EUR refers to the complete period of 6 weeks (150 EUR per week).

Das Haus ist Teil einer Kleingartensiedlung, unsere Nachbarinnen sind allesamt sehr nett! Trotz Gartensiedlung haben wir das Glück sehr sehr zentral zu wohnen.
Der Prater mit einem riesigen Park und vielen vielen Outdoor-Freizeitmöglichkeiten ist im Grunde direkt nebenan.
Zu Fuß ist man in circa 7 Minuten an der nächsten Bushaltestelle oder in einer viertel Stunde an der U-Bahn-Station Schlachthausgasse (U3). Mit der U3 bist du in etwa 10 Minuten am Stephansplatz und auch allgemein sehr gut an sämtliche Teile der Innenstadt sehr gut angebunden.

The house is part of a garden-colony where people live in small houses, our neighbours are all very nice! Despite the green around us, we are lucky to live very centrally.
The Prater with a huge park and lots of outdoor leisure activities is basically right next door.
You can walk to the nearest bus stop in about 7 minutes or to the Schlachthausgasse subway station (U3) in 15 minutes. The U3 takes you to Stephansplatz in around 10 minutes and is also generally very well connected to all parts of the city center.

Es ist wirklich sehr wichtig, dass du Katzen magst und Lust hast, sowohl in diesem tollen Haus den Sommer zu verbringen, als auch dich gut um Frodo und Lilith zu kümmern.
Wir können uns sehr gerne online kennenlernen und alles zeigen, im Idealfall schaffen wir es sogar, dass wir uns kurz treffen und wir dir alles zur Katzenversorgung und zum Haus zeigen, bevor wir ins Flugzeug steigen.

It's really important that you like cats and want to spend the summer in this great house as well as take good care of Frodo and Lilith.
We can get to know each other online and show you around, ideally we can even meet briefly and show you everything about the cat care and the house before we hop on the plane.
