We are both good friends, have already been living together and have now decided to move into this new beautiful apartment. We are therefore looking for a lovely new person who would like to move into the third room. The rooms are all roughly the same size and have been renovated to a high standard with great parquet flooring.
Sam's room has a balcony, Elo will move into the middle room. Your room will be the one at the bottom of the floor plan, next to the kitchen.
Wir sind beide gute Freunde, haben bisher auch zusammengewohnt und uns jetzt entschlossen, gemeinsam in diese neue Traumwohnung einzuziehen. Daher suchen wir nach einem lieben neuen Menschen, der das dritte Zimmer beziehen möchte. Die Zimmer sind alle in etwa gleich groß geschnitten und top renoviert und mit tollem Parkett ausgestattet.
Von Sams Zimmer geht der Balkon hab, Elo wird im Mittelzimmer einziehen. Dein Zimmer wird das auf dem Lageplan untere sein, neben der Küche.
The apartment could not be better located. Sam's room has a balcony with a view over Donaukanal that we can have coffee on, and Schwedenplatz is right on the other side. If you want to spend time in nature, Prater is only few minutes as away as well.
Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein. Sams Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Donaukanal, auf dem wir Kaffee trinken können, und der Schwedenplatz ist gleich auf der anderen Seite. Wenn man Zeit in der Natur verbringen möchte, ist auch der Prater nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
You would live together with Sam (26) and Elo (27).
Sam is from England, but has already spent a few years in Vienna and works in an NGO. In his free time he likes to go bouldering, learns python and has half a cupboard full of spaghetti with pesto.
Elo is from Germany, has been living in Vienna for 3 years, likes to travel around and semi-ambitiously tries to learn new languages (plus point if you speak French or Portuguese!).
We not only live together, but are close friends, so we would love to have another lovely person in our bunch. We like to have friends over, cook together or go out and dance.
We are all uncomplicated and laugh a lot in the WG, an appreciative and relaxed interaction amongst each other is very important to us.

Zusammenleben würdest du mit Sam (26) und Elo (27).
Sam kommt aus England, hat aber schon ein paar Jahre in Wien verbracht und arbeitet in einer NGO. In seiner Freizeit geht er gerne bouldern, lernt Python und hat einen halben Schrank voll mit Spaghetti mit Pesto.
Elo kommt aus Deutschland, lebt seit 3 Jahren in Wien, reist gerne herum und versucht semi-ambitioniert, neue Sprachen zu lernen (Pluspunkt, wenn man Französisch oder Portugiesisch spricht!).
Wir leben nicht nur zusammen, sondern sind auch eng befreundet, daher würden wir uns über einen weiteren netten Menschen in unserer Runde freuen. Wir haben gerne Freunde zu Besuch, kochen zusammen oder gehen tanzen.
Wir sind alle unkompliziert und lachen viel in der WG, ein wertschätzender und entspannter Umgang miteinander ist uns sehr wichtig.
