Unsere aktuelle Mitbewohnerin zieht aus und wir suchen jemanden, der bei uns einziehen möchte :)
Es gibt einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, welcher an das Zimmer angrenzt.
Das Zimmer an sich, ist durch die rückseitige Lage zum Innenhof sehr ruhig.
Einige Möbel können mit Ablöse übernommen werden (Bett, Ohrensessel, Hängestangen, ..) Darüber können wir uns dann je nach Bedarf persönlich unterhalten. Solltest du ein komplett möbliertes Zimmer wollen sag bescheid und wir finden eine Lösung! :)

Hi there,
our current roommate is moving out and we are looking for someone who wants to move in with us. :)
There is a walk-in closet adjoining the room.
The room is very quiet due to its location facing the inner courtyard.
Individual pieces of furniture can be taken over for a fee (bed, dresser, wing chair, clothes rail) and we would then discuss the exact amount personally, as needed. :)
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt und passt zu allen Bedürfnissen, die man in Wien haben könnte.
Gleich in der Nähe sind:
2 Minuten bis: U4 | U1 und Straßenbahnhaltestellen. (Schwedenplatz)
7 Minuten bis: U3 | U1. (Stephansplatz)
8 Minuten bis: U2. (Taborstraße)
Der Supermarkt und das Fitnessstudio befinden sich im Haus nebenan und auch der Donaukanal ist nur 1 Gehminute entfernt.

The Location of the apartment is perfect and fits for everyones needs when living in Vienna.
You have acccess to:
2 minutes to: U4 | U1 and Tramstations. (Schwedenplatz)
7 minutes to: U3 | U1. (Stephansplatz)
8 minutes to: U2. (Taborstraße)
The supermarket and gym are in the house next to ours and the Donaukanal is also only 1 minute of walking distance.
Wir haben bis jetzt immer ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis in der Wohnung gehabt und gemeinsam gekocht, Spiele gespielt, eingekauft und Sachen unternommen. Aber natürlich zieht sich jeder auch gerne mal ein wenig zurück, was durch die Raumaufteilung gar kein Problem ist.

We have always had a very friendly relationship in the apartment and have cooked together, shopped, played games and go out together. But of course everyone likes their own time from time to time, which is no problem at all due to the room layout.
