I am writing in English because it's easier for me but feel free to answer otherwise, I also speak German and French.
I am renting my beautiful room in a great neighborhood for August as I will be in France, the dates are flexible if you attend to stay longer :)
The room itself is really nice, very bright and very big, I will empty as much as possible so it looks pretty neutral.
My roomate Annina has to go through the room to get into hers but she will only be there on the second part of August !
I will provide towels bed sheets etc in case you need and leave place in our bathroom as well
We live in the second district at the end of the Praterstrasse, a bridge away from Schwedenplatz and the first district, you can't be better situated ;)
Furthermore the Praterstrasse is a really cool street where you litteraly can find anything you want, Spar is next door Hofer in a Street behind (2mn away) and the subway (Nestroyplatz) is right by our door.
The U1 will take you in only two stations to Stephansplatz, the super center of Vienna.
In a normal time we are five in the WG Lukas (20), Annina (24), Moritz (25) and Luise (20), as it will be summer it is possible that the number of person change and maybe you actually get the whole place for yourself who knows ;)
We are usually very relaxed and drink some beers with a bit of music nothing crazy, we like when there is people over and to have a nice evening chat.
We usually have a cleaning plan, but as I said it will maybe be empty and then it's according to you as long as it looks pretty ok for when the others are here ;)
If you have any question I'm 100% available, and any visits or Skype can be discussed on Whatsap or mail ;)
