ich ziehe mein WG um Ende dieses Monats aus (hauptsächlich weil ich einen neuen Ort mit einem größeren Raum gefunden habe), und ich möchte mein WG-Zimmer ab dem 1. Apr. füllen—idealerweise langfristig.
Ich habe ein Paar Bilder des Zimmers beilegend. Einige kürze Details:
- 10m^2 Zimmer—Blick auf einen Park und auf den Donaukanal um die Ecke
- 2 andere cool, ganztägige Arbeiter als Mitbewohner in 3-er WG
- Neubau Wohnung
- Küche mit Geschirrspüler; Waschmaschine/Trockner-combo; etc.
- Essenraum im Gang; und wir haben auch ein zusätzliches Zimmer, normalerweise frei für Gäste

Greetings—I am moving out of my apartment at the end of this month (mainly since I found a new place with a bigger room), and would like to fill my room/WG-Zimmer from Apr. 1st onward—ideally long-term.
I have some pictures attached. Some quick details:
- 10m^2 room—view of a park, and the Donaukanal around the corner
- 2 other cool full-time workers as flatmates in the 3-person flat
- (Relatively) new building
- Kitchen with dishwasher; washing machine/dryer also; etc.
- Eating area in hallway; and we also have an additional bedroom, normally free for guests
- In 2. Bezirk, Nähe von Nestroypl—auf den Donaukanal
- Sehr zentral—verschiedene Lebensmittelmarkte in ~2-5 min. zu Fuß
- Gute Anbindung, via U1, Buslinie 5a/N25, um Nestroypl. (~2 min. zu Fuß)
- Praterstern (S-Bahn) ~10 min., Wien Mitte (S-Bahn/CAT) ~15 min. zu Fuß
- Ruhiges Gebiet/Nachbarschaft, bei Park

Die andere Mitbewohner sind ganztägige Arbeiter, also normalerweise sind sie eher ruhige, auch sauber und organisiert. Manchmal/von Zeit zu Zeit können wir ein Bier trinken ausgehen.
Suchen für jemand, wer auch sauber und organisiert ist—aber entspannt ist auch gut. :)

The other flatmates are full-time workers, so normally rather quiet, also clean/organized. From time to time we would go out for a beer.
