Das Zimmer ist ca 15m2 groß und es stehen auch schon Möbel drinnen. Diese bleiben im Zimmer. :)
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und auch generell recht warm weil die Sonne echt schön hinein scheint.
Es gibt zwei WCs, und eine Dusche für 4 Personen in der WG.
Die U-Bahn Station Schottenring (U2&U4) ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Donaukanal ist gleich vor der Nase und man ist auch im 5 Minuten Fußweg im 1. Bezirk. Zu der Anbindung gibt es auch noch diverse Straßenbahnlinien und Busse in der Nähe. Auch Supermärkte und eine Apotheke sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Lage ist generell echt top weil es so zentral ist.
Nachdem das Zommer zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung steht sind generell die Putzpläne in der WG einzuhalten. Auch Sauberkeit und dass kein Geschirr in der Küche steht ist uns wichtig. Was mir wichtig ist, ist dass die WG ein Wohnfühlort für jede ist und es auch zu keiner Party-WG wird. :)

A cozy room right on the Danube Canal (Schottenring metro station). Ideal if you don't want to have it far to the center.
There are several metros and other public transport options available in the area.
The room is about 16m2 and contains furniture that will remain in the room. There are two toilets and a shower. Generally in the WG it is rather quiet and not thought out to be a Big party-WG. With several new people moving in, the get-to-know part will probably come once everyone has moved in. Apart from that everything is rather uncomplicated in the WG.
