Ich werde mein gemütliches Zimmer verlassen, weil ich neue Horizonte entdecken werde. Deshalb wird es für eine(n) NachmieterIn ab 01.07.2020 frei.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist:
- hofseitig, daher sehr ruhig
- sehr hell (im 6. Stock, mit Lift)
- mit Parkett, Wänden wurden vor kurzem frisch gestrichen
- teilmöbliert (Bettgestell, Lattenrost, Matraze - ganz neu - bleiben im Zimmer): ermöglicht einen raschen Einzug, aber du kannst gleichzeitig dein Zimmer nach deinem Geschmack einrichten
- mit einem Moskitonetz ausgestattet: keine ungewünschte Insekten werden sich einladen :)
Zur WG:
- alle Zimmer sind separat zugänglich
- getrenntes WC
- Badewanne und neue Waschmaschine (vor 2 Monaten gekauft/ mit 2 Jahren Herstellergarantie) im Badezimmer
- eine voll ausgestattete Küche, inkl. Geschirrspüler, und genug Platz, um gemeinsam zu kochen
- kleines Raum für Stauraum, wo du noch einige Sachen (Koffer, ...) lagern kannst
- Keller - dort kannst du dein Fahrrad abstellen
- Das richtige Plus: Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon mit einer herrlichen Sicht auf das Wiener Riesenrad!

I will soon leave my comfortable room to discover new horizons, that’s why it will be free from 01.07.2020.
Your room:
- is facing the courtyard, therefore very quiet
- is very bright and sunny (on the 6th floor, with lift)
- is with parquet floor, walls have recently been painted
- partly furnished (bed frame, slatted frame, mattress - brand new - stay in the room), which allows you to move in quickly, but you can furnish your room according to your taste
- is equipped with a mosquito net: no unwanted insects will come in :)
About the flat:
- all rooms are separately accessible
- WC and bathroom are separate
- Bathtub and a new washing machine (bought 2 months ago/ with 2 years warranty) are in the bathroom
- a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, and enough space to cook together
- a separate small room for storage, where you can store some personal stuff (suitcases, ...)
- cellar, where you can park your bike
- cherry on the cake: access to a small balcony with a magnificent view of the Vienna Giant Wheel!
Die WG liegt sehr zentral, beim Praterstern (S-Bahn, U1, U2, Bims und Busse). Die Praterallee und der Donaukanal sind gleich nebenan.
In 10 min Gehweite hast du alles, was du brauchst: Hofer, Spar, Lidl, Billa, dm, Bipa, Apotheke… Billa Praterstern hat 7/7 offen. Auch coole Restaurants oder Eisladen sind gleich in der Nähe.

The WG is very central, directly at Praterstern (S-Bahn, U1, U2, tramways and buses). The Praterallee and the Donaukanal are very near.
Within 10 min walking distance you have everything you need: Hofer, Spar, Lidl, Billa, dm, Bipa, pharmacy ... Billa Praterstern is open 7/7. Also cool restaurants or ice cream shops are nearby.
Reinhard, Verena und Alexis werden deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sein. Sie arbeiten vollzeit oder teilen ihre Zeit zwischen Arbeit und Studium - sie haben trotzdem Zeit, um regelmäßig etwas gemeinsam mit dir zu unternehmen: kochen, Radfahren, Spielabende, am Donaukanal chillen… Natürlich kann jeder seine Ruhe jederzeit in seinem Zimmer genießen.

Reinhard, Verena and Alexis will be your flatmates. They work full-time or share their time between work and study - but they still have time to undertake joint activities with you: cooking, cycling, game-evenings, chilling out near the Danube Canal... Of course, the private space is respected and each one can enjoy quietness in his/her room at any time.

- Miete (warm) alles inkl. (Strom, Gaz, Heizung, Internet): 358,40 EUR / Kaution : 850 EUR (kriegst du beim Ausziehen zurück)
- Ablöse (Bettgestell + Lattenrost + Matraze + Waschmaschine): 325 EUR
- Jeder hat seinen eigenen Vertrag mit dem Vermieter, der unkompliziert ist
