WG-Neugründung 19m2 in gemütlichem Altbau mit Balkon bei Praterstern

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Nebengasse gleich hinter dem Praterstern und nur 3-4 Min von der U1 und 6 Min von der U2 Taborstraße entfernt. Am Praterstern fahren diverse Straßenbahnen sowie Ubahnen.

Bis zur Hauptuni sind es ca. 14 Min. In der Pratestraße gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafes. Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich in der Mitte zwischen dem Augarten und dem Prater. Der Donaukanal ist nicht weit weg und auch bis zur Donauinsel sind es nur 2 Ubahnstationen. Man ist also sehr schnell in der Natur und sehr schnell in der Stadt.

The flat is really well situated: It takes you just a few minutes to be in the city centre or in nature. The Augarten, the Prater, the Donauinsel as well as the Donaukanal are all in the area.

The flat is almost next to the station Praterstern where a lot of underground trains and trams are leaving. The U1 and U2 are only a few minutes away. It takes about 15 min to the main university building.
There are a few supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants in the area as well as two large parks.

Ich bin Madeleine, 20 und suche eine Mitbewohnerin, mit der ein entspanntes WG-Leben möglich ist. Mir ist es wichtig, dass wir uns gut verstehen, gerne gemeinsam mal kochen oder etwas unternehmen können.

Ich selbst studiere Politikwissenschaft, tanzte gerne auf Konzerten, verbringe viel Zeit in Buchläden oder Museen und liebe es mich stundenlang in ein Cafe zu setzen. Hin und wieder gehe ich sehr gerne aus und besonders im Sommer liebe ich es, die warmen Nächte auszukosten und draußen mit einem Spritzer zu sitzen.

Mir ist es wichtig, dass die Wohnung zu einer richtigen Wohlfühlatmosphäre wird, in der sich beide entspannen und sich selbst sein können. Die Wohnung solle in kleiner Rückzugsort in der Stadt sein, in der man sich wohlfühlt.

Die Wohnung muss nicht übertrieben sauber gehalten werden, aber eine gewisse Grundordnung und Sauberkeit wäre nice.

Ich hoffe, Ende September meine Katze nach Wien holen zu können, was bedeutet, dass eine gewisse Katzenliebe schön wäre.

Hi, I'm Madeleine, 20 y/o and I am looking for a chill flatmate. It is important to me that we do get along well and like each other so that we are living together and not alongside each other. Which means, I would enjoy cooking dinner together or just chilling on the balcony.

I am studying political science here in Vienna. I really dancing, going to concerts, spending hours in bookshops and cafes and going to art shows and museums. I do like going out once in a while, especially during long warm summer nights.

The apartment does not have to be super tidy and clean all time but a certain tidiness would be nice.
