Das Zimmer ist eines von 2 großen Zimmern, die einen Großteil der Wohnungsgröße einnehmen (Badezimmer, Küche und separates WC sind vergleichsweise klein).
Der Raum ist bereits möbliert, und soll weitgehend so bleiben, auch wenn bei Bedarf Möbel entfernt (Darum kümmere dann ich mich) werden können um Platz für eventuelle eigene zu machen. Hier bin ich flexibel, und die Details können gerne im Vorfeld besprochen werden. Ablöse sind hierfür keine zu leisten (Da sie so oder so in der Wohnung bleiben werden), und Benutzung ist klarerweise gestattet.

The room is one of 2 large rooms that take most of the size of the apartment (bathroom, kitchen and separate toilet are comparatively small).
The room is already furnished and should remain largely as it is, even if furniture can be removed if necessary (I will take care of that) to make room for your own furniture should you decide so. I am flexible here, and the details can be discussed in advance. There is no compensation needed for this (since the furniture will stay in the apartment anyway), and use is of course permitted.
Direkt vor der Türe sind der Bus 5A (Den man aber in der Wohnung nie hört) und die die 2er Straßenbahnstation Karmeliterplatz.
Weiters gibt es:
U2 Taborstraße (4 Gehminuten)
U1 Nestroyplatz (6 Gehminuten)
U4/U1 Schwedenplatz (9 Gehminuten)
Nahversorgung, Cafés, Bars, und Clubs gibt es in Hülle und Fülle; man ist im Herzen der Stadt. Die Lage ist sicherlich das Highlight der Wohnung.

The 5A bus (which you never hear in the apartment) and the tram station (Line 2) Karmeliterplatz are right outside the entrance.
There are also:

Local supplies, cafes, bars, and clubs are here in abundance; you are in the heart of the city. The location is certainly the highlight of the apartment.
In der Wohnung lebe ich - Armin (28, m) - Physikstudent.
Ich bin ein ruhiger Typ, im wörtlichen wie übertragenden Sinne, und freue mich über einen liebe(n) Mitbewohner(in); aber erwarte mir jetzt auch nicht zwingend gemeinsame Aktivitäten (Daher habe ich den so verpönten "Zweck-WG"-Tag gewählt). Wenn sich etwas ergibt: Super! Wenn nicht, dann nicht.
Man sieht eh, wie man sich versteht.
Wichtig ist mir Sauberkeit und dem anderen nicht auf die Füße zu steigen (Mit lauter Musik etc.).

I the apartment will be me - Armin (28, m) - physics student.
I am a calm guy, literally as well as figuratively, and I am happy to have a nice roommate; but don't necessarily expect joint activities (that's why I chose the so frowned upon "Zweck-WG"-tag). If they do happen: Great! If not, it's fine as well.
Cleanliness is important to me, as well as respecting the others boundaries (E.g. Not listening to overwhelmingly loud music).
