Servus! Aufgrund von Corona muss ich leider schweren Herzens Mitte/Ende November 2020 aus meinem 20m² Zimmer in einer 2er WG ausziehen. Ich suche daher einen Nachfolger, der das Zimmer übernehmen möchte. 😊 Das Zimmer ist für Studentenverhältnisse gut ausgestattet (Nicht die Möbel im Bild! Ich bin leider aktuell nicht vor Ort und habe nur alte Bilder…), der Großteil der Einrichtung kann bei Bedarf gern übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung hat 60m2 mit einem großen Bad und separates Klo. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet und wurde in Jänner 2018 erst neu gemacht.
In dem Gebäude gibt’s eine Waschküche. Das Fenster im Zimmer zeigt auf den Innenhof und ist sehr ruhig.
Lage:
Die Lage ist tiptop. Innerhalb von 2 Minuten bist du bei der U-Bahnstation U2-Taborstrasse, die Tram 2 und der Bus 5B sind gleich in der Nähe. Supermärkte und BIPA sind alle wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Augarten, Schwedenplatz und Prater kann man in 8min erreichen.
Dein Mitbewohner:
Er ist ein ruhiger Typ und in der Gastronomie tätig. Wenn du nebenbei in diesen schwierigen Zeiten einen Sportpartner suchst, oder um was Gesundes zu kochen, bist du bei ihm richtig
Finanzielles:
Die Miete inkludiert Internet, Strom und Gas und ist insgesamt €530 Euro.
Kaution ist €1250.

Due to Corona, I have to move out of my 20m² room in a 2 person shared flat with a heavy heart in mid/end November 2020. I am therefore looking for a successor who would like to take over the room. 😊 The room is well equipped for student relations (not the furniture in the picture, I currently don’t have recent pictures), most of the furnishings can be taken over if required.
The apartment:
The apartment has 60m2 with a large bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and was made new in January 2018.
There is a laundry room in the building. The window in the room faces the courtyard and is very quiet.
Location:
The location is perfect. Within 2 minutes you are at the subway station U2-Taborstrasse, tram 2 and bus 5B are nearby. Supermarkets and BIPA are all within walking distance. Augarten, Schwedenplatz and Prater can be reached in 8min.
Your roommate:
He is a quiet type and works in the gastronomy. If you are looking for a sports partner on the side, or to cook something healthy, you are right with him
Financial:
The rent includes internet, electricity and gas and is €530 Euro in total.
Security deposit is €1250.
