Ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter für die Zeit, die ich über den Sommer im Ausland bin. Du würdest dir dann die Wohnung mit meinem netten Mitbewohner Juan teilen, der schon über ein Jahr hier wohnt!
Das Zimmer hat ca 15m2, der Rest der Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und großzügig! Die Wohnung ist einer dieser unbeliebten (außer bei denen die sie bewohnen) Dachausbauten, die viel Raum für einige wenige Menschen bieten. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Stöcke, die zwei Schlafzimmer sind nebeneinander im Untergeschoss, ebenso das Bad und das davon getrennte WC und ein Abstellraum. Im oberen Stock befindet sich dann die große und helle Wohnküche mit Balkon!

I'm renting out my room for the time I'm abroad for the summer. You would then share the flat with my nice flatmate Juan, who has been living here for over a year!
The room is about 15m2, the rest of the flat is very spacious and generous! The flat is one of those unpopular (except with those who live in it) loft conversions that offer a lot of space for a few people. The flat extends over 2 floors, the two bedrooms are next to each other in the basement, as well as the bathroom and the separate toilet and a storage room. Then on the upper floor is the large living room with kitchen and with balcony!
Die Lage ist top, 2 Minuten zur U2 Station Taborstraße, Straßenbahn 2 ist auch gleich ums Eck, ebenso alle möglichen Supermärkte und Märkte und Parks. Also mitten im 2., auch gute Infrastruktur an Lokalen usw. Augarten ist vor der Haustüre, Prater und Donau (Kanal) sind dementsprechend auch nicht weit.
The location is great, 2 minutes to the U2 station Taborstraße, tram 2 is also just around the corner, as well as all kinds of supermarkets and markets and parks. So right in the middle of the 2nd district, also good infrastructure of restaurants etc. Augarten is on the doorstep, Prater and Danube (both the canal and the "real" one) are accordingly not far away.
