Our lovely WG-family is searching for a new member from January!.
We are a big international WG family living in the 2nd district, just 5 minutes away from Schwedenplatz. We come from all around the world and would love to welcome an open minded and outgoing person, who would also like to hang out with us :)
One room is getting free, the potential candidate will be able to choose a room between two available as either me or another flatmate will leave the room to move to the one that is currently getting free in the house.
The choice can be on one of these rooms:
12 m2 - 370 euros per month (narrower but longer room)
9 m2 - 340 euros per month (more square room)
6 euros per person for internet every month.
The two rooms are at the end of a corridor, both overlook an external street and are quite bright thanks to large windows. The heating, if desired, is very strong and the ceiling is quite high.
Both very welcoming, but both WITHOUT FURNITURE... :)
The flat is 5 minutes away from Schwedenplatz (U1/U4), 5 minutes from Taborstraße (U2) and the Straßenbahn 2 is just across the street. We have Billa, Spar, Hofer, dm all in a walkable distance.
There is a market on Saturday mornings two minutes from the apartment in Karmelitermarkt, and the area is generally calm despite being very central and close to streets with various businesses.
About the appartment, it has 7 bedrooms, 2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 kitchen and 2 living room, a room for hanging and washing clothes. All this gives us enough space to be with each other, but also have our private little quarters.
We are currently a Spanish girl, two Hungarians girls, a Czech guy, a Slovak girl and me, from Italy.
This allows us to live in a pleasant atmosphere full of cultures, from time to time we try to organize dinners or lunches with typical dishes or get together for a movie, have a few beers or a glass of wine!
We are both workers, for the most part, and students, so the apartment is often quiet and uncrowded, in the evening everyone comes home at different times.
For the contract we will put you in contact with the agency that manages the apartment. The deposit is 1200 euros, plus 100 euros to change the contract and 200 euros for managing the assistance service in case of need.
