Das erwartet Dich:
• Donauinsel 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Im Sommer die perfekte Location um sich im Wasser abzukühlen.
• Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Nie wieder lange U-Bahn-Fahrten.
• U1 Station Vorgartenstraße direkt vor der Türe. Stadtzentrum (Stephansplatz, Schwedenplatz, Karlsplatz…) innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreichbar.
• U2 Station 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
• Unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Spar, Hofer und Penny (gegenüber von der Wohnung) sind in 1-3 Minuten erreichbar. Türkische Lebensmittelläden erlauben es auch, am Sonntag einkaufen zu können. Und frisches Brot gibt es auch immer 😉

• Zwei großartige Mitbewohner, die gerne gemeinsam mit dir kochen und offen für Neues sind.
• Die Wohnung ist modern, schick und bietet ein riesiges, lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer. Highlight ist wohl der große Balkon (ca. 20 Leute haben Platz!), wo wir gerne grillen, essen und uns gelegentlich sonnen.
• Eine vollausgestattete, moderne Küche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt.
• Das Zimmer ist klein, aber fein (10 m²), das bereits mit einem Doppelbett, einer Kommode, einer Kleiderstange und einem Vorhang ausgestattet ist (in der Ablöse inkludiert, muss aber nicht übernommen werden)
We are now looking for a friendly and open person for our apartment in the trendy second district.
This is what awaits you:
• Danube Island is located 2 minutes away on foot. It is the perfect location in summer to cool off in the water.
• Vienna University of Economics and Business is 10 minutes away on foot. No more long subway journeys.
• U1 station Vorgartenstraße directly in front of the door. City center (Stephansplatz, Schwedenplatz, Karlsplatz ...) can be reached within 5-10 minutes.
• U2 station 8 minutes away on foot.
• Countless shopping opportunities right next to the door. Spar, Hofer and Penny (opposite to the apartment) can be reached in 1-3 minutes. Turkish grocery stores also allow you to shop on Sundays. And there is always fresh bread 😉
Facts about the flat share:
• Two great roommates who like to cook with you and are open for new things.
• The apartment is modern, chic and offers a huge, light-flooded living room. The highlight is probably the large balcony (there is space for around 20 people!), where we like to grill, eat and occasionally sunbathe.
• A fully equipped, modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired.
• The room is small but nice (10 m²), which is already equipped with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a clothes rail and a curtain (included in the fee, but does not have to be taken over)
