The apartment is located in a great location near Prater and right next to the Danube Canal. The available room is 20m2 and can be taken over with furniture (400€) including everything seen in the pictures. The room has a wonderful view over the Danube Canal. Thanks to the good windows, the traffic on Schüttelstrasse is barely noticeable.
The apartment has a kitchen (which we also use as a living room every now and then), a bathroom, a separate toilet and two small storage rooms. There is also a laundry room, a cellar compartment and a bicycle room available in the building.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in eine tolle Lage nähe Prater und ganz direkt beim Donaukanal. Das freiwerdende Zimmer ist 20m2 groß und die Möbeln können gegen eine Ablöse (400€) übernommen werden. Das Zimmer hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf dem Donaukanal. Dank den guten Fenstern ist der Verkehr der Schüttelstraße kaum wahrnehmbar.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine Wohnküche, ein Bad, seperates WC und zwei kleine Abstellräume. In der Gebäude steht auch eine Waschküche, ein Kellerabteil und ein Fahrradraum zur Verfügung.
You can find the bus line 80A right in front of the door which takes you to the Praterstern in 3 minutes but you can also prefer to take a refreshing 15-minute walk through Prater. The tram lines O and 1 can also be reached in 5 minutes.
There are different kinds of supermarkets like Penny, Billa, Spar around which only takes 5 minutes to walk. You can also find almost anything in Praterstern at any time (DM, Bipa, Libro, etc.).

Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich die Linie 80A, mit der man in 3 Minuten zum Praterstern fahren kann (sonst 15 Gehminuten entfernt). Die Linie O und 1 erreicht man in 5 Minuten.
Es gibt viele unterschiedliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbare Nähe (Penny, Billa, Spar). Außerdem kann man in Praterstern jeder Zeit fast alles finden (DM, Bipa, Libro usw.).
You will be living with Lilli (24), who is currently pursuing her Master's studies at WU. Despite having arrived in Vienna just last year, she has already thoroughly explored the city! Lilli is an extremely open, friendly, and humorous person. Her uncomplicated, clean, and tidy lifestyle makes her a pleasant roommate. Her interests are incredibly diverse, and she is always eager to do something, whether it's sports, music, or going out to enjoy the city. However, she also values a peaceful shared living space, where everyone can have their personal space.
Lilli will be abroad from the 1st of September until the end of December. During this period, you will have another female roommate.

Du wirst mit Lilli (24) zusammenleben, die sich derzeit im Masterstudium an der WU befindet. Obwohl sie erst seit letztem Jahr in Wien ist, hat sie die Stadt bereits gründlich erkundet! Lilli ist eine äußerst offene, umgängliche und humorvolle Person. Ihr unkomplizierter, sauberer und ordentlicher Lebensstil machen sie zu einer angenehmen Mitbewohnerin. Ihre Interessen sind äußerst vielfältig, und sie ist immer bereit, etwas zu unternehmen, sei es Sport, Musik oder das Feiern in der Stadt. Dennoch schätzt sie auch eine ruhige WG, in der jeder seinen persönlichen Freiraum genießen kann.
Lilli wird vom 1. September bis Ende Dezember im Ausland sein, und während dieser Zeit wirst du eine andere Mitbewohnerin haben.
In addition to the rent (550€) cost the monthly bills are approximately 70€. Including electricity, heating and WiFi.
The move-in date is flexible, with the latest possible day being September 1st.
