Das Zimmer (ca. 9m2) befindet sich in der 69m2 großen Wohnung, die ich mir mit 2 coolen Mädels in den späten 20ern teile. Es gibt ein Bad, ein separates WC, eine Küche, 2 Abstellräume (genug Platz für Snowboardausrüstung, etc.). Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit Dingen wie Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Staubsauger, Küchenutensilien, etc. Unten gibt es auch einen Raum, um Ihr Fahrrad abzustellen.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Afrikanergasse, 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der U1 Nestroyplatz und 3 Minuten vom Praterstern (U1, U2). Viele Geschäfte und Cafés in der Nähe, 15min zu Fuß zum Donaukanal und nur wenige Minuten zum Prater.
💸 Der Preis für das Zimmer beträgt 240 Euro/Monat + Internet(10-15 Euro)
Last but not least ist der Vermieter WIRKLICH nett - sehr höflich und reaktionsschnell. Als zum Beispiel der alte Staubsauger kaputt ging, hat er einen neuen gekauft. Das gleiche, als wir vorschlugen, dass ein weiterer Kühlschrank toll wäre (es gab nur einen kleinen für uns 3).
Alles in allem, trotz der Größe, ist das Zimmer in dieser Lage und zu diesem Preis selten zu finden. Ich habe dort ein Jahr lang gewohnt und kann es absolut empfehlen! Kaution ist 3x die monatliche Rate.

Looking for a female to take over my room in an amazing location right at Praterstern. Available from August on.
🏡 The room (ca. 9m2) is in the 69m2 apartment shared with 2 cool girls in their late 20s. There's a bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, 2 storage rooms (enough space for snowboard gear, etc). The flat is fully equipped with things like a washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils, etc. Downstairs there's also a room to store your bike.
Ⓜ️The flat is inAfrikanergasse, 2 mins walking from U1 Nestroyplatz and 3mins from Praterstern (U1, U2). A lot of shops and cafes nearby, 15min walk to the Donaukanal and only a few minutes to Prater.
💸 The price for the room is 240 euros/month + internet.
➡️ Last but not least, the landlord is REALLY nice - very polite and responsive. For instance, when the old vacuum cleaner broke, he bought a new one. The same when we suggested that another fridge would be great (there used to be only a small one for the 3 of us).
All in all, despite the size, the room in this location and at this price is rare to find. I've lived there for a year and can totally recommend it!
PS Deposit is 3x the monthly rate.
