Helles, gemütliches WG Zimmer in 3er WG in Top Lage mit rundum sorglos Ausstattung und Innenhof

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen zweiten Bezirk in einer Nebenstraße der Heinestraße und es gibt alles, was das Herz begehrt: Restaurants (inkl der besten Pizza), Bars, Clubs, Öffis, Grün, Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf (3 Supermärkte im 3 Min Radius, Apotheke, Bäckerei, Drogerie, Unverpackt-Laden) und, und. :-)

Die öffentliche Anbindung ist super! Die U-Bahn Stationen Praterstern (U2, U1, S-Bahnen) und Taborstraße (U2) sind innerhalb von 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der U-Bahn braucht man ca. 10 Minuten ins Zentrum. Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 min auf der Donauinsel (super im Sommer zum Schwimmen oder Volleyball spielen) oder in der Innenstadt.

Der Augarten und Prater (großes Naherholungsgebiet zum Laufen, Chillen, Tennisspielen usw). liegen ebenfalls in 10 Minuten Gehweite.

The flat is located in the beautiful second district in a side street of Heinestraße and there is everything your heart desires: restaurants (including the best pizza), bars, clubs, public transport, greenery, shops for daily needs (3 supermarkets within a 3-minute radius, pharmacy, bakery, drugstore, unpackaged shop) and, and. :-)

The public transport connections are great! The underground stations Praterstern (U2, U1, S-Bahn) and Taborstraße (U2) are within 7 minutes walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the city centre by underground. The Danube Island (great in summer for swimming or playing volleyball) or the city centre can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.

The Augarten and Prater (large recreational area for running, chilling out, playing tennis etc.) are also within 10 minutes walking distance.

Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Freund*innen sind willkommen in der WG und häufig treffen wir uns in der Küche und quatschen/ essen zusammen. Wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, kochen wir gemeinsam oder sporteln zusammen. Manchmal haben aber auch alle ihre Türen zu und arbeiten/lernen. Für den Putz der Gemeinschsftsräume wechseln wir uns wöchentlich ab.
Ein weiteres Highlight der Wohnung ist der gemeinschaftliche Innenhof - hier kommen wir im Sommer zu Grillereien zusammen oder auch zum Mittags draußen essen, arbeiten, lesen und Co. Falls du einen grünen Daumen hast, gibt es hier die Möglichkeit, Gemüse/Kräuter/Obst anzupflanzen.

In der Wohnung bleiben Pauline (26) und Max (24).
Pauline kommt aus Frankreich und arbeitet bei einem Co-Working Space als Community Managerin. Sie zieht es ebenfalls ab Dezember in die Ferne und daher wird sie ihr Zimmer erstmal untervermieten (keine Sorge, auch mit einer lieben Person :))

Maxi kommt auch aus Deutschland, studiert gerade im Master Sport Technik und arbeitet nebenbei geringfügig. Er ist ziemlich sportlich aktiv, spielt gerne Fußball/Volleyball/Tischtennis, fährt mit dem Rad an die Donauinsel oder trifft sich am Abend mit Freunden in einer Bar oder am Donaukanal. Beim Zusammenleben ist ihm Humor und viel Lachen wichtig, und gemeinsame Kochabende sind auch gerne gesehen.

Das ganze Haus ist voller ähnlicher WGs mit Leuten, die ihr Studium beenden oder ihren ersten Job beginnen, daher ist die Stimmung großartig. Wir haben oft draußen gegrillt oder den Geburtstag der anderen gefeiert. Einige von uns reparieren sonntags gerne ihre Fahrräder und andere haben einen kleinen Garten mit verschiedenen Gemüsesorten angelegt.

Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck WG und unternehmen gerne Dinge miteinander. Wir sind alle sehr humorvolle und super offene Menschen die sich immer über neue Dinge freuen. Wir suchen nach jemanden der oder die sich gerne in der Küche dazusetzt und einfach mit quatscht, Abends nochmal ein Wein/ Bier zusammen trinkt. Auch gemeinsame Koch- und Spieleabende machen wir gerne. Wir sind bis dato eine Veggie WG und würden uns auch freuen, wenn das so bleibt. Für gemeinsame Sportaktivitäten können wir uns ebenfalls begeistern. Es ist aber auch total fein, wenn Ruhe und me-Time gewünscht ist, die Mischung machts :-)

Life in the shared flat is very relaxed. Friends are welcome in the shared flat and we often meet in the kitchen and chat/eat together. If time allows, we cook together or play sports together. Sometimes, however, we all close our doors and work/study. We take it in turns to clean the communal areas every week.
Another highlight of the flat is the communal courtyard - this is where we get together in summer for barbecues or to eat outside at lunchtime, work, read etc. If you have green fingers, you can grow vegetables/herbs/fruit here.

Pauline (26) and Max (24) stay in the flat.
Pauline comes from France and works as a community manager at a co-working space. She is also moving away in December and will therefore be subletting her room for the time being (don't worry, even with a loved one :))

Maxi is also from Germany, is currently studying for a Master's degree in sports technology and works part-time. He is quite active in sports, enjoys playing football/volleyball/table tennis, cycling to the Danube Island or meeting up with friends in a bar or on the Danube Canal in the evening. Humour and lots of laughter are important to him when living together, and cooking evenings together are also welcome.

The whole house is full of similar shared flats with people finishing their studies or starting their first job, so the atmosphere is great. We often have barbecues outside or celebrate each other's birthdays. Some of us like to repair our bikes on Sundays and others have planted a small garden with different types of vegetables.

We're definitely not a purpose-built flat share and enjoy doing things together. We are all very humorous and super open people who are always happy to learn new things. We are looking for someone who likes to sit down in the kitchen and just chat and have a wine/beer together in the evening. We also enjoy cooking and playing games together. So far we are a veggie flat share and would be happy if it stays that way. We are also enthusiastic about doing sports together. But it's also totally fine if you want peace and quiet and me-time, it's all in the mix :-)

Den offiziellen Hauptmietvertrag würdest du übernehmen, das ist jedoch ist eher Formsache und jeder hat einen separaten Vertrag mit dem Vermieter. Hauptmieter*in heißt bei uns nur, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter zu übernehmen, falls eine Reparatur benötigt wird - also sehr entspannt.

You would take over the official main tenancy agreement, but this is more of a formality and everyone has a separate contract with the landlord. For us, being the main tenant only means taking over communication with the landlord if a repair is needed - so it's very relaxed.
