Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß, kein Durchgangszimmer und verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette (19 qm insgesamt). Zurzeit gibt es ein Hochbett, dass man übernehmen kann, aber nicht muss.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Liftstock. Sie hat ein großes Vorzimmer und eine schöne helle Küche, in der wir gerne zusammen kochen. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.
Außerdem gibt es einen Innenhof, in dem man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann.

Room and apartment:
The room is 12 square meters and has its own bathroom with shower and toilet (19 square meters total). If you want, there is a loft bed that you can have, but you don’t have to.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator. It has a large entrance room and a beautiful, bright kitchen where we like to cook together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
There is also an inner courtyard where you can put your bike.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Bezirk zwischen Augarten und Donaukanal am Schottenring. U2, U4, 31, 1 und U2Z sind fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 5 Minuten). Penny, Billa, Bipa und eine Apotheke sind 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Spar und Hofer 10 Minuten. Die Uni/Schottentor ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wir mögen die Lage hier total, man wohnt sehr zentral und alles Wichtige ist gut erreichbar, und dennoch kann man schnell im Grünen/am Wasser sein :) Das Karmeliterviertel mit dem Karmelitermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe, dort gibt es viele kleine Geschäfte. Auch der 20. Ist nur eine Straßenbahnstation entfernt.

The apartment is located in the 2nd district between Augarten and the Danube Canal by Schottenring. The U2, U4, 31, 1 and U2Z are within walking distance (approx. 5 minutes). Penny, Billa, Bipa and a pharmacy are 2 minutes by foot, Spar and Hofer 10 minutes. The University / Schottentor can be reached in 15 minutes by foot.
We love the location as you live centrally and everything you need is easily accessible, yet you can quickly be in nature / by the water :) The Karmeliter Quarter with the Karmeliter Market and many small shops is close by. The 20th district is also just a tram stop away.
Wir sind (mit dir) eine 4er WG! Wir verbringen viel Zeit miteinander (kochen, fortgehen, trinken, tanzen, chillen etc.) und wohnen jetzt seit ca. 1 ½ Jahren hier.
Lucia (19) kommt aus Washington D.C. und studiert Biologie. Sie ist sehr musikalisch, spielt gerne Gitarre, am liebsten mit anderen Leuten zusammen, und ist beim Rettungsdienst.
Emmi (23) ist aus Köln und studiert Psychologie und Literaturwissenschaften. Sie liest sehr gerne, macht Yoga und ist süß.
Marla (21) kommt auch aus Köln und studiert auch Psychologie. Sie backt gerne und gut, spielt Videospiele und mag Kunst.

We are (with you) a 4-person apartment! We spend a lot of time together (cooking, going out, drinking, dancing, chilling, etc.) and have been living here for about 1 ½ years.
Lucia (19) comes from Washington D.C. and studies biology. She is very musical, likes to play the guitar, preferably with other people, and volunteers as an EMT.
Emmi (23) is from Cologne and studies psychology and literature. She is very fond of reading, doing yoga, and being cute
Marla (21) also comes from Cologne and is also studying psychology. She loves to bake, plays video games, and is very artistic.
