Das Zimmer ist ca 20m2 groß und es stehen Möbel drinnen, welche im Zimmer bleiben können (keine Ablöse).
Es gibt zwei WCs, und eine Dusche für drei Personen. (Das 4. Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad). Es gibt auch ein Gästezimmer bzw. Mini-Wohnzimmer was für uns alle zugänglich ist. Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock mit Aufzug.
Kosten: 420€ mit Strom, Gas, Haushaltsversicherung und Internet)
Die U-Bahn Station Schottenring (U2&U4) ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Donaukanal ist auch nur 2 Minuten entfernt was super ist sobald alle Bars und Cafes wieder öffnen! Die BWL Fakultät der Uni Wien ist auch gleich ums Eck (~ 5 Gehminuten) und die Hauptuni ist auch zu Fuß einfach erreichbar.
Wir sind gerade drei Personen in der WG, Sarah, Evelyn und Ruomei. Wir drei studieren alle momentan und sind auf der Suche nach einer aufgeschlossenen, unkomplizierten Person für unsere WG.
Das WG Leben stellt sich sehr entspannt dar, manchmal spielen wir DKT oder UNO und trinken ein bisschen was zusammen, Brettspiele sind immer willkommen. :)

I am renting my room out for short term from April 2022. The period can be discussed :)
A cozy room right on the Danube Canal (Schottenring metro station). Ideal if you don't want to have it far to the center.
The room is about 20m2 and contains furniture that will remain in the room (no fee). There are two toilets and a shower for three people. (The 4th room has its own bathroom).
There is also a guest room or mini living room which is accessible to all of us. The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator.
Costs are with electricity, water, home insurance and internet you pay 420€ total per month.
We are currently three people in the flat, Sarah, Evelyn, and Ruomei. We are currently studying in Vienna and are looking for an open-minded, uncomplicated, non-smoking person for the flat.
