Since I'm moving, a room will be available in our 3-person shared apartment in the beginning of February :)
The room has about 8 square meters and an separate "walk in closet" with another 3 square meters.
Due to the loft bed and the high ceiling, the room looks much larger and offers a lot of space. The bed would stay in the room, as well as the desk and clothes rack in the closet, if desired.
The window looks out onto the small inner courtyard, which makes it very quiet despite the central location and offers great morning light.
Shared spaces include a cozy kitchen & dining area as well as a very spacious bathroom. But the absolute highlight of the apartment is the large balcony, which also faces the inner courtyard and hosts a container garden of fresh veggies in the summer.
This is a perfect situation for Erasmus students for the Sommer Semester 2022, as flatmates intend to 'quit the flat' at the end of July 2022.
The beautiful renovated old building is very centrally located in 2nd District in the Stuwerviertel near the Venediger Au park, right next to the Praterstern (U1, U2, S-Bahn, buses, trams). There are shopping opportunities 7 days a week (Praterstern Bila on Sunday!) and you can get everywhere else quickly.
Best thing about the location is its proximity to the best green open spaces in the city. You're just minutes from Donauinsel, Prater, Augarten, and Donaukanal! Perfect homebase for spring and summertime activities!!!
You will live with two lovely roommates who both study and work.
We are happy to do something together or otherwise just sit down in the kitchen or balcony for a few beers or a coffee.
Everyone is easy going and respectful of each other.
