Hallo zusammen!
Wir sind Johanna und Carlotta und suchen jemanden, der unser Zimmer von 16.5 bis Mitte Mai (genaue Daten verhandelbar) 2024 mieten möchte.
Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau und das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 25 m2 groß, hat einen Parkettboden und ist sehr hell. Das Zimmer ist gegen die Glockengasse ausgerichtet, die Tag und Nacht sehr ruhig ist. Für das Monat ist das Zimmer möbliert zu vergeben - siehe Fotos.
Die Wohnung ist einer 2er WG, in einem Altbau mit hohen Decken. Es gibt eine Wohnküche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht (Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler inklusive) und einen geräumigen Flur mit Regalen für Schuhe und Jacken. Das Bad ist klein, aber sehr schön und sauber. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Abstellraum und einen großen Keller.
Die zweite Person in der Wohnung ist meine tolle und brillante Mitbewohnerin Carlotta die sehr zuvorkommend und respektvoll ist.
Das Gebäude hat einen großen Innenhof, wo man sein Fahrrad abstellen oder rauchen und im Sommer sogar mit Freunden an der frischen Luft essen kann (möbliert).

Hello everyone!
We are Johanna and Carlotta looking for someone who would like to rent a room from 16th May to 9th June 2024 (exact dates can be adapted).
The flat is an old building and the room for rent is 25 m2 in size, has a parquet floor and is very bright. The room faces the Glockengasse, which is very quiet day and night. The room is to be rented furnished for the month - fotos.
The flat is a shared flat for 2 people in an old building with high ceilings. There is an eat-in kitchen equipped with everything you need (washing machine and dishwasher included) and a spacious hallway with shelves for shoes and jackets. The bathroom is small, but very nice and clean. There is also a small storage room and a large cellar.
The second person in the flat is my amazing and brilliant flatmate Carlotta, who is very accommodating, friendly and respectful.
The building has a large courtyard where you can park your bike or smoke and even eat outside with friends in the summer (furnished).

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt: im Herzen des 2. Bezirks (Leopoldstadt), 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der U2 Taborstraße und 5 Minuten von der U1 Nestroyplatz entfernt. Die Straßenbahnstation (Linie 2) ist 2 min entfernt. In 5 min haben Sie Spar, zwei Billa und Hofer. Mehrere Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafés befinden sich in der Nachbarschaft. In 10 min erreichen Sie den Donaukanal, einen der beliebtesten Orte für das Nachtleben im Sommer und nur 2 min von dort aus erreichen Sie den Schweden Platz im Stadtzentrum (1. Bezirk, Innere Stadt).
In nur 10 Minuten erreichen Sie den Prater und in die andere Richtung den Augarten, einen wunderschönen und ruhigen Park, in dem man laufen oder sich ausruhen und die Sonne genießen kann. Nicht zuletzt ist man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 2 Minuten mit der U-Bahn (U2) am großen Bahnhof Praterstern, der direkt mit dem Flughafen und anderen Bahnhöfen verbunden ist.

The location is absolutely perfect: in the heart of the 2nd district (Leopoldstadt), a 3-minute walk from the U2 Taborstraße and 5 minutes from the U1 Nestroyplatz. The tram station (line 2) is 2 minutes away. In 5 min you have Spar, two Billa and Hofer. There are several shops, restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood. In 10 min you reach the Danube Canal, one of the most popular places for nightlife in summer and only 2 min from there you reach Schweden Platz in the city centre (1st district, Innere Stadt).
In only 10 minutes you can reach the Prater and in the other direction the Augarten, a beautiful and quiet park where you can walk or relax and enjoy the sun. Last but not least, in 15 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by underground (U2) you are at the large Praterstern station, which is directly connected to the airport and other railway stations.

Ich suche einen Nachmieter* für meinen Auslandsaufenthalt in Italien ab Juni 2024. In der Wohnung leben derzeit ich, Carlotta (26) und Johanna ( 27). Als Mitbewohner beschreiben wir uns als offen, herzlich und verantwortungsbewusst. Neben der Arbeit sind wir gerne in der Natur und lieben besonders den Sommer in Wien.
ENGLISH:
I am looking for a temporary tenant* for my stay abroad in Italy from June 2024. Myself, Carlotta (26) and Johanna ( 27), currently live in the flat. As housemates, we describe ourselves as open, warm and responsible. In addition to work, we enjoy being outdoors and especially love summer in Vienna.
