Hey potential new roommate,
Willemijn, Quirin, Jody and I (Julia, whose room will be yours) are eager to find a new member of our lovely WG.
Room features:
• 1 double bed suitable for 2 guests.
• 25 m2 bright room with big windows and a view on St. Stephan's Cathedral.
• Charming, central and vibrant district.
• 15 minutes walking distance to St. Stephan´s Cathedral, Vienna's city center
• Close metro lines U1 (connection to main railway station), U2 and U4 (connection to airport trains)
The appartment is located in one of the most vibrant places in Vienna, not only is the Gretzl (district) full of bars, restaurants, clubs and art it is also super close to the Donaukanal and the Donauinsel.
At the canal you
can enjoy your beer or wine while boats pass by and people dance to the music coming form the countless bars and streetfood places. The Donauinsel is a green paradise with cold clear water, ready to cool of on a hot summer day. Multiple activities like Beach volleyball or Windsurfing are stations everywhere along the river, as well as clubs and bars, also the Rave culture is held high in this area.
Furthermore a new club just opend right across the street - it can be loud in the summer but we also all like to party together ;)
Also there are a lot of cute little shops and authentic Viennese coffeehouses around here, which are waiting for you to be discovered!
We all got to know each other in the WG and are happy to live together with good friends now. It is an international bunch (Willi from the Netherlands and Jody from Canada - only Quirin and Julia are from Austria) and therefore we always experience a lot and like to exchange. The three who you will be living with are all young working people and we often do home office together in our living room. We like to have a little party or cook together, friends are always welcome :) But of course as always, everyone can withdraw completely and spend undisturbed as much time alone as you want. Since the apartment is relatively large, everyone has his retreat and privacy is also valued.
Furthermore, we believe it is best to just get to know each other and see if the sparks fly.

A few facts about us:
We are a pretty mixed bunch from all over the world and are always happy to expand our little melting pot (with you perhaps:)).
Willemijn 28 is from The Netherlands (Dutch, English)
Quirin 29 is from Austria (German, English)
Jody 24 is from Canada (English)
You will rent the room with some of the lovely furniture of our roomie Julia. Some extra costs (the 'Miscellaneous costs' mentioned above) will be added to the rent for renting / using furniture and utilities. Believe us, our flat is supplied with literally everything you need! (wifi that supports everything you need for home office, new dishwasher, wash machine, food fridge and beer fridge, fully filled cocktail cart, rage cage / home office table, huge couch, cleaning and laundry supplies). This amount will be determined together with Julia.
