Tolles Zimmer in neuem Gebäude im zweiten Bezirk

DE: Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe von Hofer, Spar, Billa, Bipa und der U-Bahn Station U1 Vorgartenstraße. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man im Stadtzentrum, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß auf der Donauinsel, oder in 10 Minuten an der WU oder FH Wien. Das Schöne an der Wohnung ist, dass sie zwar mitten in der Stadt liegt, aber abends ist es in der Gegend recht ruhig, da es sich um einen großen Wohnbereich handelt. Das Gebäude verfügt über ein eigenes SPA, Reinigungsservice, Fitnessstudio und einen Innengarten, was alles mitbenutzt werden kann. Außerdem gibt es einen Raum für Fahrräder, falls man am Wochenende mit dem Fahrrad zur Donau fahren will. Die Wohnung ist auch voll möbliert und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und eine gut ausgestattete Küche.

EN: The apartment is located next to Hofer, Spar, Billa, Bipa and next to the Subway Station U1 Vorgartenstraße. Within 10 Minutes you would be in the City Center, 5 mins by walk to "Donauinsel", or within 10 minutes to the WU or FH Wien. The beautiful thing about the flat is that it is in the middle in the city, but in the evening it is quite silent in the area, since it is a huge living area. The building has its own SPA, cleaning service, Gym and an indoor garden. What is more, a room for bicycles is also available if you wanna go cycling to the Danube on the Weekends. The apartment is also fully furnished with a washing machine and has well equipped kitchen.

DE: Das WG-Leben mit Sertan und Michael gestaltet sich ruhig und gemütlich. Abends sitzen wir oft zusammen oder kochen etwas. Am Wochenende gehen wir aber auch hin und wieder gemeinsam fort. Prinzipiell sind uns im Zusammenleben vor allem ein respektvoller Umgang und Sauberkeit wichtig. Sertan und Michael sind außerdem Vollzeit berufstätig und studieren gleichzeitig. Als Mitbewohner:innen sind daher sowohl Studierende als auch Berufstätige herzlich Willkommen. Außerdem wird ab Juni das Zimmer von Sertan ebenfalls frei.

EN: As I am moving out, my housemates Sertan (29) and Michael (25) are looking for a new flatmate. In addition, Sertan will move out on the first of June, so another room will be available and you will have the chance to choose your future housemate.
They both work full-time and study at the same time. The apartment, therefore, is often empty and always clean. In the apartment, we often sit together, cook together or go out on the weekends, but the common silence in the whole apartment after a specific time is important since as mentioned before, they are both working. We would like to welcome as well students, full-time workers, or just part-time workers if the match is ok.
