Großes (25m2) uns sehr helles WG-Zimmer zu vermieten. Insgesamt wohnen wir in unserer 105m2 zu dritt, Josef (38) und Alexandra (35), beides BOKU AbsolventInnen und aus Oberösterreich. Die Wohnung insgesamt ist sehr hell, da sie im 4. Stock liegt, und ruhig. Es gibt eine große, gut ausgestatte Küche, ein separates Esszimmer, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und extra Klo. Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Karlmelitermarkt, Donaukanal und Augarten.
Das Zimmer ist ab ab August verfügbar und mindestens bis Ende Oktober 2022. Danach wird sich die bisherige WG auflösen. Es gibt jedoch die Möglichkeit den Vertrag der Wohnung zu übernehmen und neue MitbewohnerInnen zu suchen.
Das Zimmer kann gegen Ablöse entweder mit Möbeln (Bett, Couch, Komode, Regale > auch einzeln zur Ablöse möglich) oder ohne übernommen werden.

Large (25m2) and very bright shared apartment for rent. There are three of us living in our 105m2, Josef (38) and Alexandra (35), both BOKU graduates and from Upper Austria. The apartment as a whole is very bright being on the 4th floor and quiet. There is a large well equipped kitchen, separate dining room, bathroom with bath and extra toilet. The location is perfect between Karlmelitermarkt, Donaukanal and Augarten.
The room is available from August and at least until the end of October 2022. After that, the previous flat share will be dissolved. However, there is the possibility of taking over the contract for the apartment and looking for new roommates.
The room can be taken over for a fee either with furniture (bed, couch, chest of drawers, shelves > also possible individually for a fee) or without.
