Ab dem 1. September ist ein 13qm großes Zimmer in meiner schönen Dachgeschosswohnung frei.
Die Wohnung selbst ist 80qm groß und teilt sich auf in Küche, Bad mit Badewanne, WC, Vorraum, Wohnzimmer und 2x Schlafzimmer. Der Grundriss fördert soziale Aktivitäten, da mehr als die Hälfte der Wohnungsfläche gemeinsam genutzt wird (siehe Grundrissschema). Eine Reihe von Oberlichtern sorgt dafür, dass die Wohnung den ganzen Tag über natürlich hell ist, während das Hauptfenster des Wohnzimmers einen schönen Blick auf den Abendhimmel ermöglicht. Die Wohnung wurde vor vier Jahren renoviert und ist sowohl mit einem Geschirrspüler als auch mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind vollmöbliert, während das verfügbare Zimmer können teilmöbliert oder unmöbliert übernommen werden.

Starting from September 1st will a 13sqm room in my lovely rooftop apartment be vacant.
The apartment itself is 80sqm and is divided into a kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, toilet, anteroom, living room and 2x bedrooms. Its layout encourages social activities, as more than half the area of the apartment is shared (see schematic of layout). A set of skylights ensures that the apartment is naturally bright throughout the day, while the main window of the living room allows a beautiful view of the evening sky. The apartment was renovated four years ago and is equipped with both a dishwasher and a washing machine. The common areas are fully furnished, while the available room can be taken over partly furnished or unfurnished.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage im 2. Bezirk, nur 100m vom Donaukanal und Augarten entfernt. Es ist sehr gut angebunden: In weniger als 5 Minuten erreichst du zu Fuß den U-Bahnhof Roßauer Lände (U4), während du in etwa 12 Minuten den U-Bahnhof Schottenring (U2) erreichst. Darüber hinaus sind die Straßenbahnhaltestellen 2 und 31 sowie die Buslinien 5A und 5B innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the 2nd district, only 100m from both the Donaukanal and Augarten. It is very well connected: In less than 5 minutes you can walk to the subway station Roßauer Lände (U4), while in about 12 minutes you can walk to the subway station Schottenring (U2). In addition, tram stations 2 and 31 and bus lines 5A and 5B are within five minutes of walking.
Mein Name ist Frederik, ich bin 27 Jahre alt und komme ursprünglich aus Dänemark. Seit vier Jahren wohne ich in Wien um meine Doktorarbeit zu machen. In meiner Freizeit koche ich gerne neue Rezepte, gehe Joggen im Augarten, schaue Sport oder Filme und spiele Board Games. Wegen der sozialen Aufteilung der Wohnung, würde ich es sehr begrüßen, wenn wir einige dieser Aktivitäten gemeinsam durchführen könnten. Außerdem bin ich für jeden Menschentyp offen! :)

My name is Frederik, I am 27 years old and originally from Denmark. For the past four years I have been living in Vienna while working on my phd. In my spare time I enjoy cooking new recipes, go running in Augarten, watch sports or movies and play board games. Given the social layout of the apartment, I would very much like it if we could do some of these activities together. Besides that, I am open for any type of person! :)
