Nette Karmeliterviertel WG für dich

Die Wohnung ist inmitten des beliebten Karmeliterviertels in der Malzgasse gelegen. Die U-Bahnstationen Taborstraße und Schottenring sind in 7 Minuten gehweite, der Bus 5A fährt direkt vor der Haustür los, 5B und die 31er Bim sind gleich um die Ecke. Noch näher ist sogar der Billa, da geht die Schiebetür auf sobald man das Wohnaus verlässt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wirklich guten Lage, man wohnt zwischen Augarten und Donaukanal, und ist quasi zwischen Hauptuni und WU. Die Malzgasse ist einer ruhiger Straße mit kaum Straßenlärm und das Zimmer geht sogar in den Hof.

The apartment is located in the middle of the popular Karmeliterviertel in the Malzgasse. The subway stations Taborstraße and Schottenring are within 7 minutes walking distance, the bus 5A leaves directly in front of the door, 5B and the tram are just around the corner. Even closer is the Billa, the sliding door opens as soon as you leave the apartment.
The apartment is in a really good location, you live between Augarten and Danube Canal, and is virtually between the main university and WU (university of economics) as well the TU (technical university) is reachable very quickly. The Malzgasse is a quiet street with hardly any street noise.

Wie lange die Wohnung schon als WG existiert kann niemand mehr so genau sagen. In der derzeitigen Konstellation haben wir gemeinsam das letzte halbe Jahr gewohnt. Du kannst mit sehr offenen und lustigen Mitbewohner*innen rechnen.
Die Wg besteht aus Georg, Iris und Stefan und wir sind definitiv nicht zu alt für eine WG. Derzeit studieren wir alle drei, Georg macht Informatik, Iris studiert soziale Arbeit und Stefan studiert Physio. Daneben arbeiten wir ein bisschen, manche mehr, manche weniger.

No one can say exactly how long the apartment has existed as a shared apartment. In the current constellation we have lived together for the last half year. You can count on very open and funny flatmates.
The WG consists of Georg, Iris and Stefan and we are definitely not too old for a WG. At the moment all three of us are studying, Georg is doing computer science, Iris is studying social work and Stefan is studying physiotherapy. Besides that we work a bit, some more, some less.

Die Wg Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und im Badezimmer ist eine Badewanne. Es gibt sowas wie eine Terrasse, die ist aber nur teilweise nutzbar, weil ein Dachfenster in der Mitte ist (muss man gesehen haben). Alle vier Wochen kommt eine Reinigunskraft für unsere Gemeinschaftsräume, trotzdem haben wir es dazwischen auch gerne sauber.

Wir würden Besichtigungen gerne am 2.. Juni am Abend machen, andere Termine sind aber nach Absprache auch möglich.

The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom has a bathtub. There is something like a terrace, but it is only partially usable, because there is a skylight in the middle (must have seen). Every four weeks a cleaner comes for our common rooms, but we like to have it clean in between.
