!! Room for Students/Workers in Stuwerviertel, near Messe / Prater/ Danube / WU !!
Starting from December 1st (or eventually a bit earlier), we offer a room for jung workers or students in a WG located 5 minutes (walking distance) from the WU faculty, 2 minutes from U2 Station Messe Prater and the Park of Prater. Main shops, supermarkets and services (Hofer, Lidl, Bipa, Post, Bankaustria, etc.) are all close by.
The flat has a big bright living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The position on the first floor and the high ceilings make the whole flat pretty fresh also during the summer. The house has a bike parking cellar and a Garden.
In the flat are living other 3 people: a PhD students in physics from Italy , a PhD students in physics from Ukraine, a student in Economy from Italy , all friendly and open-minded. We like to cook together and organize some dinner with friends during the weekend, but since we all work, we tend to avoid parties on working days and being noisy after 11pm.
The monthly rent is 390 euros. Additional expenses (electricity, wifi, heating) are to be shared evenly among all the flatmates and at the moment sum up to 55 euros per month.
Entering the apartment are to be paid 1050 euros for the deposit and 400 euros to take over the room's furniture (200 eur.) and the share of the common equipment (200 eur.) from the former occupant; these money will eventually come back to you when you leave.
