We are looking for a new roommate for our 3-person shared apartment right by the green Prater!
The vacant room is located in a large apartment (93 sqm) on the 1st floor, has 11 m2 and is courtyard side. In addition to the other 2 bedrooms, there is a large living room, a spacious entrance hall, a kitchen with dining table, a large bathroom with shower and bath, a separate toilet. Washing machine, dishwasher and all important things you need for living are available ;)
The rent for your room is 470€ including electricity, gas, internet. The deposit is 3BMM (1410€). Your room will be handed over unfurnished. You can move in from 1.9.23 - after arrangement gladly earlier.

Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin/einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere 3er WG direkt beim grünen Prater!
Das freiwerdende Zimmer befindet sich in einer großen Wohnung (93 qm) im 1. Stock, hat 11 m2 und ist hofseitig gelegen. Neben den weiteren 2 Schlafzimmern gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein geräumiges Vorzimmer, eine Küche mit Esstisch, ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, ein separates WC. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und alles Wichtige, was man so zum Leben braucht, ist vorhanden ;)
Die Miete für dein Zimmer beträgt 470€ inkl. Strom, Gas, Internet. Die Kaution beträgt 3BMM (1410€). Dein Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben. Einziehen kannst du ab 1.9.23– nach Absprache gerne auch früher.

The location of the apartment in the 2nd district is great! It is located in a quiet side street, Prater and Praterpark are not far away and there are many shopping opportunities just around the corner (Billa and Penny are only a few meters away). The Praterstern (U1, U2 and train station) can be reached in 5min and the station Messe-Prater (U2) in 10min.

Die Lage der Wohnung im 2. Bezirk ist super! Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, Prater und Praterpark sind nicht weit entfernt und es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich ums Eck (Billa und Penny sind nur wenige Meter entfernt). Der Praterstern (U1, U2 und Bahnhof) ist in 5min und die Station Messe-Prater (U2) in 10min zu erreichen.

I (Sarah) have been living in the apartment for about 2 years. I am 28, study at BOKU and will probably finish my studies in April. In my free time I like to do sports (bouldering, fitness center) and I am very open for new things. In summer you'll find me most likely swimming at Donauinsel or stand-up paddling.

I love to travel and work as a flight attendant. I like to spend time with friends, go out, read and have new hobbies every now and then.
Together it would be fun to find some common interests and have a nice time living together. We both are open-minded and would love to find someone that fits in our shared flat.

Sarah
Ich (Sarah) wohne seit ca. 2 Jahren in der Wohnung. Ich bin 28, studiere an der BOKU und werde mein Studium voraussichtlich im April abschließen. In meiner Freizeit treibe ich gerne Sport (Bouldern, Fitnesscenter) und bin da auch sehr offen für Neues. Im Sommer findet man mich an der Donauinsel schwimmen oder beim Stand-up-Paddeling.

Ich liebe es zu reisen und arbeite als Flugbegleiterin. Ich verbringe gerne Zeit mit Freunden, gehe gerne aus, lese gerne und habe immer wieder mal neue Hobbys.
Wir würden uns freuen wenn wir zusammen in der WG als Gemeinschaft leben, ab und zu gemeinsam kochen und auch mal den ein oder anderen Wein/Spieleabend abhalten!
