Hi guys,
I am looking for someone to take over my room in a shared WG at Prater, from February. ( with the possibility to move earlier)
The rent is 550, with all utility costs and insurance included.
The flat is on the top floor, the room is fully furnished, has it's own balcony with a beautiful view to the Prater.
As you enter the flat you find the hallway, through the corridor you reach the bathroom, toilet and a storage room. On the left you find our fully equipped kitchen with a new wasching machine.
At the end of the corridor is our bright living room, with a big couch and TV, with access to the balcony. Next to the living room is your room, has a big bed, a closet with enough space for even 2 person's clothing, a shelf, a floor lamp, 2 desk /perfect for studying/, an armchair and a nightstand. You have direct access to the balcony from your room.
We are looking for a fun, easy going person.
You're going to share the flat with Chris and Sam, both working and have their own room.

Messe-Prater U2 subway station is within 3 minutes of walking, Praterstern U1 U2 station is within 8 minutes, Billa, Lidl, Penny, pharmacy, restaurants, gas station within a few minutes of walking.
