Hello, my Name is Lilli, I study at WU and I am going to study abroad in Milan from August 2023 until the end of December 2023. For this time, I am looking for a reliable subtenant for my room in Vienna.
I am flexible on both move-in and move-out dates (Earliest move-in: 27.Aug 23, latest move-in: 1.Sep.23; Earliest move-out 28 Dec 23, latest move-out: 30.Dec 23)
The apartment is located in a great location near Prater and right next to the Danube Canal. The available room is 15m2 and can be taken over by the subtenant with furniture including everything seen in the pictures. There is also an only from the room accessible balcony (6m2), which is furnished as well and has a wonderful view over the Danube Canal. Thanks to the good windows, the traffic on Schüttelstrasse is barely noticeable.
The apartment has a kitchen (which we also use as a living room every now and then), a bathroom, a separate toilet and two small storage rooms. There is also a laundry room, a cellar compartment and a bicycle room available in the building.

Hallo, mein Name ist Lilli, ich studiere an der WU und ich werde von Ende August 2023 bis Ende Dezember 2023 ein Auslandssemester in Mailand absolvieren. Für diese Zeit bin ich auf der Suche nach einem zuverlässigen Untermieter für mein Zimmer in Wien.
-Sowohl beim Einzugs- als auch beim Auszugsdatum bin ich noch etwas flexibel (Frühester Einzug: 27.Aug 23, spätester Einzug: 1.Sep.23; Frühester Auszug 28 Dec 23, spätester Auszug: 30. Dez .23)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer tolle Lage nähe Prater und direkt beim Donaukanal. Das Zimmer (15m2) ist schon vollstes ausgestattet: Doppelbett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Regal, Kleiderstange. Noch dazu gibt es ein vom Zimmer zugänglichen Balkon (6m2), der auch möbliert ist und einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Donaukanal bietet. Dank den guten Fenstern ist der Verkehr der Schüttelstraße ist kaum wahrnehmbar.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine Wohnküche, ein Bad, separates WC und zwei kleine Abstellräume. Im Gebäude gibt es auch eine Waschküche, ein Kellerabteil und ein Fahrradraum.
Das Zimmer eignet sich hervorragend für jemand, der gerade neu in Wien Fuß fassen und sich zu Beginn noch nicht auf eine Lage festlegen möchte.
You can find the bus line 80A right in front of the door which takes you to the Praterstern in 3 minutes but you can also take a refreshing 15-minute walk through Prater. The tram lines O and 1 can also be reached in 5 minutes.
There are different kinds of supermarkets like Penny, Billa, Spar around which only takes 5 minutes to walk. You can also find almost anything in Praterstern at any time (DM, Bipa, Libro, etc.).

Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich die Linie 80A, mit der man in 3 Minuten zum Praterstern fahren kann (15 Gehminuten entfernt). Die Linie O und 1 erreicht man in 5 Minuten.
Es gibt viele unterschiedliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Penny, Billa, Spar). Außerdem kann man am Praterstern zu jeder Zeit, auch Sonntags, fast alles finden (DM, Bipa, Libro usw.).
Die Miete beträgt in Summe 606€/Monat.
