Ich suche nach einem*er Mitbewohner*in für meine Wohnung im dritten Bezirk. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, hat einen Zugang zum Balkon und tollen Ausblick auf den botanischen Garten direkt unter uns :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Bezirk, unweit vom botanischen Garten und Schloss Belvedere. Zum Hauptbahnhof ist es eine Viertelstunde zu Fuß. Gleich in der Nähe sind die Straßenbahnlinien 0 und 71, mit der S-Bahn ist man schnell im Zentrum.
Die WG ist eine zwei Personen WG.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin wäre ich, Lisa, 25, aus Südtirol, Schauspielstudentin und nebenbei Kellnerin in einer Jazz Bar.
Bin offen, entspannt und ordentlich.

I'm looking for a roommate in my lovely appartment in the third district. The room is unfurnished so far, it has a balcony and a great view on the botanic garden.
The apartment is located in the third district, not far from the botanical garden and Belvedere Palace. It is a quarter of an hour walk to the main train station. Nearby are the streetcar lines 0 and 71, with the S-Bahn you can quickly reach the center and other connections.
The flat share is a two person flat share.
