Your room has c. 10m2 and is located in a c. 80m2 flat, consisting of 3 separate bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom (including bathtub), a storage room as well as a large living room including kitchen. There is another storage room in the basement as well.
The free room and the whole flat are fully furnished and would cost 500€ per month (including everything, i.e., rent, electricity, furniture, internet, operating costs, etc.). The deposit is negotiable.
The apartment is located in the 3rd district (end of Landstraßer Hauptstraße, close to St. Marx), with anything you need nearby (~7min to U3 Schlachthausgasse, ~3min to tramline 71, busline 74a and tramline 18 in front of the house, various supermarkets and post office closeby)
We, Rafael (25m, Brazilian) and Gernot (29m, Austrian), are both internationally-minded young professionals. Our other roommate just moved out, while we are planning to stay in the flat until the end of the year.
We are both very social, but tend to take it slower these days during the week due to work. However, we like to hang out together, have drinks, cook together, etc. and you are more than welcome to join. On the other hand, no hard feelings if you decide to live your own life.
The 500€ rent includes everything (rent, furniture, electricity, operating costs, internet, TV, etc.).
Move-in and move-out is in principle flexible, with a strong preference for moving in ASAP until the end of the year.
