The flat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a stone's throw to Rochusplatz (U3), the 1st district can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
Ich selbst bin männlich, 18 Jahre alt und komme aus München. Ab Oktober 2023 beginne ich ein Klavierstudium an der mdw. Somit bin ich neu in Wien und schon sehr gespannt, die Stadt kennenzulernen.
Ich wünsche mir ein entspanntes WG-Leben mit gemeinsamer Verantwortung für Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen. Gerne kochen wir mal zusammen oder laden auch mal Leute ein, nehmen aber auch aufeinander Rücksicht, wenn der/die Andere sich zurückzieht oder Ruhe braucht. Da in der Wohnung nicht geraucht wird, haben es Nichtraucher wahrscheinlich leichter;)
I myself am male, 18 years old and come from Munich. In October 2023 I will start studying piano at the mdw, so I am new to Vienna and very excited to get to know the city.
I would like to live in a relaxed flat share with shared responsibility for order and cleanliness in the common rooms. We like to cook together or invite people over, but we are also considerate of each other when the other person withdraws or needs peace and quiet. As there is no smoking in the flat, it is probably easier for non-smokers ;)
Die Miete inkl. Betriebskosten liegt für Dein Zimmer bei derzeit 500,- €. Was die Nebenkosten (Strom, Gas) betrifft, rechne ich - bei durchschnittlichem Verbrauch – für jeden von uns mit etwa 70,- bis 120- €.

The rent for your room, including running costs, is currently €500. As far as the utilities (electricity, gas) are concerned, I reckon with about €70 to €120 for each of us - assuming average consumption.
