A room will be available in our shared apartment on Salmgasse from January. The room is 16m and faces the inner courtyard - therefore very quiet. In addition to the kitchen and bathroom, the apartment also has a shared dining/living room, a storage room and a bicycle room.
The apartment is well connected to the public. U3 and U4 can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, tram line 1 (which takes you directly to the main university) and the 4 bus go around the corner. Everything you need for your daily needs (BILLA, BIPA, BILLA PLUS, Ströck, and much more) can also be found in the immediate vicinity. There is even a Hofer directly across the street. What's particularly great about the location is that it's only a few minutes' walk to the Prater and Danube Canal.
We, Sonja (31) and Nora (30) are looking forward to a new person who wants to live with us. Nora is currently doing her doctorate in social ecology and Sonja is studying philosophy, is a painter and works off and on at the university. So we both need enough time for ourselves, but we enjoy cooking and eating together. And in the evenings we also drink a beer or two and enjoy watching films on our projector. Of course, we are also available for long conversations and joint activities. In summer we can often be found reading a book in the Prater or on the Danube Island.
An anti-fascist, anti-racist, feminist and LGBTQ+ friendly attitude is important to us. Above all, we want you to feel comfortable with us! :)
