It is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, and a shelf.
The room faces a very quiet and sunny one-way street with little traffic.
The Apartment has 2 Bathrooms and an extra Toilet.
In the courtyard, there is also a bicycle parking area.

Das Zimmer ist das erste im Flur, direkt neben der Wohnküche, und daneben befinden sich die Zimmer der anderen Mitbewohner.
Es ist mit einem Bett, einem Schrank, einem Schreibtisch, einem Stuhl und einem Regal möbliert.
Das Zimmer liegt zur Straßenseite hin an einer sehr ruhigen und sonnigen Einbahnstraße mit wenig Verkehr.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Badezimmer und eine extra Toilette.
Im Hof befindet sich auch einen Fahrradabstellplatz.

The building is located near Radetsky Square. The tram stop is just around the corner. The U-Bahn lines U3 and U4 are each a 10-minute walk away.
Shopping opportunities can be found in the immediate vicinity of Radetsky Square, just a minute away. There you will find a pharmacy, a bakery, Bipa, Spar, a hairdresser, a florist, and a restaurant. The Billa is a 2-minute walk away and the Hofer is a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, there are many restaurants, bars, cafes, and various shops in the area. The Praterdom can be reached by tram in 10 minutes.

Die Mitbewohner sind bis auf einen alle Erasmus-Studenten aus England, Frankreich, Polen, Deutschland und Tunesien, die verschiedene Studienrichtungen wie Medizin, Politik, Journalismus usw. studieren. Sie sind alle sehr entspannte Leute, mit denen man sich sehr gut unterhalten kann.

The apartment is managed by a student dormitory and therefore prefers students or part-time students.
2 other flatmates will also leave at this time, if you have someone who wants to take the other rooms you can contact me as well.

Die Wohnung wird von einem Studentenwohnheim verwaltet und bevorzugt daher Studenten oder Teilzeitstudierende.
