Room:
The room is fully furnished:
- Queen-sized bunk bed (new, built in February of this year)
- Desk
- Chair
- Extendable Couch
- Wardrobe
- Shoe cupboard
The bunk bed saves a lot of space and is super comfortable. The big windows offer a lot of daylight.
Location:
The 3rd district is one of the most beautiful and quiet districts in Vienna center. The Danube Canal is around the corner and you are within 10 minutes walking distance to the Praterpark.
The subway station U3 (stop: Schlachthausgasse) is right outside the front door, so you can be at Stephansplatz within 10 minutes. This is highly convenient!
In addition, the streetcar 18 also leaves from there, with which you can reach the main station within 20 minutes.
Billa, Bipa, Anker and Spar are also within 1 minute walking distance.
For sports enthusiasts, the nearby Prater is a super route for jogging. There are also two gyms around the corner (3 minutes walk).
The flat is on the second floor of a typically viennese building.
The apartment consists of 3 rooms (kitchen & 2 bedrooms).
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher).
The bathroom is accessible separate from the toilette and has a shower.
About the house:
The flat is on the second floor of a typically viennese building.
The apartment consists of 3 rooms (kitchen & 2 bedrooms).
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher).
The bathroom is accessible separate from the toilette and has a shower.
Heating and electricity are not included in the total rent and are subject to individual consumption. The management of the apartment offers wifi for every floor.
Free washing machines and driers are available in the basement.
The house itself consists of many shared flats, which are mostly filled with students (also a lot of ERASMUS) or interns. There is also a common room which can be shared by all residents.
The house management is always available for questions and a janitor is always happy to help with major problems.
Both me and my flatmate are moving out at the end of June, so there will be two rooms available in the apartment.
