Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca. 17m² groß, südseitig und liegt an einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße. Dadurch ist es auch bei geöffnetem Fenster angenehm ruhig. Das Zimmer ist bereits mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch und einem Sessel ausgestattet. Das großzügige Wohn- und Esszimmer (20m²) bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf einen grünen Innenhof. Ein ausziehbarer Esstisch bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen – perfekt, um auch mal Freund*innen zu einem Besuch einzuladen. Eine gemütliche Couch und ein TV sind ebenso vorhanden. 😊
Die moderne Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Ceran-Kochfeld, Geschirrspüler und großem Kühlschrank. Im Badezimmer findest du eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine, zusätzlich gibt es ein separates WC. Im Keller steht dir ein 5m² großes Abteil und ein geräumiger Fahrradraum zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung wurde 2015 vollständig saniert – daher sieht sie auch sehr schön aus. ☺️
Ich bin erst kürzlich in diese schöne Wohnung eingezogen. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du dich gerne bei der weiteren Dekoration beteiligen – zum Beispiel habe ich noch keine Pflanzen ausgewählt. 🙂

Your future room is approximately 17m², south-facing, and located on a quiet one-way street. This makes it pleasantly quiet even with the window open. The room is already furnished with a bed, a desk, and a chair. The spacious living and dining room (20m²) offers a wonderful view of a green courtyard. An extendable dining table can accommodate up to 8 people – perfect for inviting friends over. A cozy couch and a TV are also available, making it perfect for movie nights. 😊
The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. In the bathroom, you'll find a shower and a washing machine, and there is a separate toilet. In the basement, you have access to a 5m² storage unit and a spacious bicycle room. The apartment was completely renovated in 2015 – so it looks very nice. ☺️
I recently moved into this beautiful apartment. If you’d like, you are welcome to help with further decoration – for example, I haven't chosen any plants yet. 🙂

Direkt gegenüber findest du einen BILLA Supermarkt und auch Hofer und Penny sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Für entspannende Spaziergänge oder sportliche Aktivitäten sind das wunderschöne Schloss Belvedere und der Botanische Garten ideal und in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist hervorragend:
Die Schnellbahnstation Rennweg sowie die Straßenbahnlinien 0, 18 und 71 sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof (U1, S-Bahn und und Fernverkehrszüge) ist in 9 Minuten erreichbar, Wien Mitte-Landstraße (U3, U4) in 11 Minuten, und der Stephansplatz in 17 Minuten.
Mit dem Fahrrad bist du noch schneller unterwegs – zur TU Wien gelangst du über die neu gestaltete Argentinierstraße, einer Fahrradstraße nach niederländischem Vorbild, in nur 9 Minuten. 😅

Directly across the street, you'll find a BILLA supermarket, and Hofer and Penny are just a few steps away. For relaxing walks or sporting activities, the beautiful Belvedere Palace and the Botanical Garden are ideal and in close proximity.
The public transportation connections are excellent:
The Rennweg train station and tram lines 0, 18, and 71 are only a few minutes' walk away. The main train station (U1, S-Bahn, and long-distance trains) can be reached in 9 minutes, Wien Mitte-Landstraße (U3, U4) in 11 minutes, and Stephansplatz in 17 minutes.
By bike, you can get around even faster – you can reach TU Wien via the newly designed Argentinierstraße, a bike street modeled after Dutch standards, in just 9 minutes. 😅
Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit mir – Alexander. Ich bin 28 Jahre alt, habe kürzlich mein Masterstudium abgeschlossen und arbeite nun für ein Start-up. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne aktiv unterwegs – sei es auf dem Fahrrad, beim Yoga, Wandern oder auf Reisen. Außerdem schaue ich gerne Filme und Serien, treffe mich mit Freund:innen und besuche Musik-Events. ☺️
Es wäre toll, wenn wir ab und zu gemeinsame Aktivitäten unternehmen würden – sei es ein gemeinsamer Koch- oder Film-Abend, eine Yoga-Session, ein Ausflug mit dem Fahrrad oder auch einfach mal bei Bier/Tee/Kaffee zu plaudern. Gleichzeitig respektiere ich natürlich, dass jeder seinen persönlichen Freiraum braucht.

In my free time, I like to stay active – whether it's cycling, yoga, hiking, or traveling. Additionally, I enjoy watching films and series, meeting friends, and attending music events. ☺️
