Dear students,
From now onwards there is one room available in a shared student apartment in the 3rd district, in Hohlweggase. It is just beside beautiful Belvederegarden, just a two minutes walk to tram 0 and 18 station Fasangasse and close to D station Quartier Belvedere and from U1 station Hauptbahnhof. In total there are 3 sleeping rooms.The room is furnished with a bunkbed (90cm) including pillow and blanket, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a shared, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is also a washing maschine. The private room costs regularly 320,- per month. Its all included (internet, gas..) and furnished. The apartmeent is on the 4th floor, there is no elevator. The deposit is two months rent. No smoking and no pets. The contract can be cancelled with a 2-months notice, by the end of february, august, september.

The apartment is well connected by public transport, close to the city center and just beside lovely Belvederegarden.
