Das Zimmer ist ca 13 m² groß und das ganze Jahr über sehr hell. Das großen Fenster geht nach Osten auf eine kleine Seitenstraße. Dadurch hört man die Straßenbahn auf der Radetzkystraße nur leise. Durch das Hochbett, unter dem man gut stehen und oben gemütlich sitzen kann, ist genügend Platz für alles. Da ich für ein paar Monate auf Reisen gehe wird mein Zimmer möbliert zwischenvermietet. Das Zimmer wird ab Anfang Juli frei bis Ende September. Die Miete beträgt 322€ inkl. aller Nebenkosten.

The room is approx. 13 m² in size and very bright all year round. The large window faces east onto a small side street. This means you can only hear the tram on Radetzkystraße quietly. There is enough space for everything thanks to the bunk bed, under which you can stand comfortably. As I am travelling for a few months, my room is being rented out furnished. The room will be available from the beginning of July until the end of September. The rent is 322€ including all additional costs.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, zwischen Schwedenplatz und Landstraße, im 3. Bezirk. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt. Die U-Bahnlinien U1, U2 und U4 sind jeweils in ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Straßenbahnlinie 1 und O fahren direkt vor der Tür. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Das Einkaufszentrum Wien Mitte ist ebenfalls nur einige Gehminuten entfernt.

The flat is very centrally located, between Schwedenplatz and Landstraße, in the 3rd district. The transport connections are perfect. The underground lines U1, U2 and U4 are all within a 10-minute walk. Tram lines 1 and O leave directly in front of the door. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity of the flat. The Wien Mitte shopping centre is also only a few minutes' walk away.
Wir, Jana (32, ist gerade fertig mit ihrem Master in Umwelt- und Bioressourcemanagement, kocht leidenschaftlich), Lena (26, macht die Ausbildung zur klinischen Psychologin, bouldert gerne und macht Yoga), Maggy (26, hat Architektur studiert, isst alles außer Meeresfrüchte), Tim (24, studiert Industriedesign, kennt und liebt die Feierkultur Wiens von uns am meisten) und Estelle (27, hat sowas wie Medizintechnik studiert) verstehen uns alle sehr gut, kochen/bestellen gerne miteinander (am liebsten vegan/vegetarisch) oder sitzen abends mit Tee/Wein/Bier zusammen, quizzen stundenlang und beplaudern den Sinn des Lebens.

We, Jana (32, has just finished her master's degree in environmental and bioresource management, is a passionate cook), Lena (26, is studying to become a clinical psychologist, loves bouldering and yoga), Maggy (26, studied architecture, eats everything except seafood), Tim (24, studies industrial design, knows and loves Vienna's party culture the most of us) and Estelle (27, studied something like medical technology) all get on very well, enjoy cooking/ordering together (preferably vegan/vegetarian) or sitting together in the evening with tea/wine/beer, quizzing for hours and chatting about the meaning of life.
