sowie Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine, extra WC und Abstellraum. Zu jedem Zimmer gehört ein Teil vom Balkon.

Das 10 m2 Zimmer (+ 3m2 eigener Balkon) mit Laminatboden ist teilmöbliert, siehe Fotos.
Room with Balcony in center of Vienna in a 90m2 flat with 3 flatmates: 3 men (Brazil, Moldavia, Bulgaria) about 40 years of age. All of them studying and working.
Room size is 10m2 + 3m2 balcony, in addition. Bathroom (+washing machine) and Kitchen (+dishwasher), cosy dining corner. Separate WC with handwashing. Public transport and shopping infrastructure is very near and convenient. Please no smoking and no pets.
The rent is 230 + Energy fee according to consumption about €50/month . Deposit: € 600.
Gute Verkehrsverbindungen: Straßenbahn O-Wagen in 1 Minute, 71-er, 18-er, S-Bahn, Bus 77A in 5 Minuten
