Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer und eine große Wohn-Essküche. Darüber hinaus gibts ein Bad, ein WC und einen Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist ein neu sanierter Altbau mit hohen Räumen. Sie befindet sich im vierten Liftstock südseitig gelegen und sonnig. Die Fenster sind neu und dadurch hört man den Straßenlärm nicht. Das Zimmer wird nach Vereinbarung teilmöbliert oder vollmöbliert vermietet.
The apartment has two bedrooms and a large living-dining room. There is also a bathroom, a toilet and a storage room with a washing machine. The apartment is a newly renovated old building with high rooms. It is located on the fourth lift floor facing south and it is sunny. The windows are new and therefore you cannot hear the street noises. The room is rented partly furnished or fully furnished by agreement.

Die Wohnung liegt Ecke Hafengasse, Rennweg und damit im 3. Bezirk. Die Straßenbahnlinie 71 (Oberzellergasse) liegt 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Bis zur S-Bahn-Station Rennweg sind es zu Fuß etwa 9 Minuten genauso wie bis zur U3 Station Kardinal-Nagl-Platz. Die Geschäfte Spar, Billa, Hofer und auch Merkur sind etwa alle 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
The apartment is on the corner of Hafengasse, Rennweg and thus in the 3rd district. Tram line 71 (Oberzellergasse) is a 2-minute walk away. It takes about 9 minutes to walk to the Rennweg S-Bahn station, as well as to the Kardinal-Nagl-Platz U3 station. The Spar, Billa, Hofer and Merkur shops are all about 5 minutes' walk away.

Ich studiere derzeit Wirtschaftsinformatik und bin sportlich. Hauptsächlich gehe ich Bouldern, Laufen und Rudern. Bevorzugt werden StudentInnen im Alter zwischen 18 und 26 Jahren gesucht. Das Putzen der Wohnung sollte in gleichen Teilen geschehen. Es ist kein Problem hin und wieder mal ein paar Freunde einzuladen, jedoch würde ich es gut finden, wenns nicht jeden Tag passieren würde.
I am currently studying business informatics and am athletic. I mainly go bouldering, running and rowing. Students between the ages of 18 and 26 are preferred. The cleaning of the apartment should be done in equal parts.
