Your 25m² big room can be entered separately and always catches some sun rays due to its elevation and southward orientation. It is equipped with all necessary furniture, so you have everything you need to have a comfortable stay: bed, wardrobe, desk, comfy armchair with footrest, bookshelf and further stowage. In addition, there is space to bring some of your own things. As the whole flat has been renovated not too long ago all windows and doors seal tightly and keep noises out and the temperature at a comfortable level.

Other than that, the flat has a huge entrance room, considered the dining area / living room and coworking space (you can sit and stand at this desk). Kitchen, bathroom and toilet are separate.
The flat is improved on an ongoing basis, so if you have an idea of how to make things more beautiful or find something cool on a flee market, your creative suggestions are highly appreciated ;-)
The flat is located in the heart of Vienna - 1030 Landstraße, between the green Prater, Stadtpark ("central park"), the vibrant Donaukanal and 1st district.

About your flat mates: Depending on the time you rent the flat it will be either Simon or David living with you (for the current short-term rent it will be David).
We both are very easy-going, sporty and quiet. It is important for us that we leave our spaces clean and respect each other.
Your flat mate: David (30) from Vorarlberg studies Urban Renewable Energy Technologies at FH Wien. He is a passionate cycler, does Calisthenics and enjoys time with his friends.
You get the room from: Simon (31) is a social entrepreneur from Upper Austria. He likes Calisthenics, Hiking, Yoga & Meditation, Playing Music, Philosophy and Dancing.
Rent: The rent can be as short as 2 months and will be adjusted aliquot (23€ per day), but people renting it for the whole period will be preferred. The indicated rent is for 1 month (30 days).
Couples are also welcome, but the price will increase by 50€/month. Just indicate this in your message and we will surely find a good arrangement.
Neighbours: Good friends of mine are located directly in the adjacent flat. In general, there are a lot of young people living in the house, but all other neighbours that surround our flat are mostly families and elderly people. So it is very quiet, but they also tolerate making music and are understanding when it gets a bit louder on the weekends. However, we very rarely invite more people and in case this happens it will be discussed with you before.
Bicycle: If you like, you can borrow one bicycle from us.
We are very much looking forward to you reaching out, providing us with some info on things that you value and care about, and if you have anything specific that you bring along or would want to contribute. Just be yourself and write whatever comes to mind :-)
We can then do a quick video call, so we can get to know each other better.
