Einen Wunderschönen Guten Tag!
Da unsere Mitbewohnerin Mitte Juni ausziehen wird, wird ihr schönes Zimmer frei. Es ist ein helles und ruhiges, hofseitiges Zimmer, das wir für das nächste Jahr möbliert vermieten werden.
Das Bett, der Schrank und die Wandregale würden im Zimmer bleiben (aber lass uns gerne wissen, ob du mehr oder weniger Möbel im Zimmer haben möchtest, wir finden sicher eine Lösung).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock (es gibt einen Aufzug). Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche, da Clara ein gutes Händchen fürs Kochen und Backen hat) und in einem tollen Zustand, da sie erst vor ein paar Jahren renoviert wurde. Es sind alle wichtigen Dinge vorhanden! Eine Waschmaschine, ein Geschirrspüler, Wäscheständer, Keller und fast alles, was man für Pflanzenpflege braucht.

Since our flatmate will be moving out in the middle of June her lovely room will be free. It is a bright and quiet, court side room that we will be renting out furnished for the next year.
The Bed, closet and wall shelves would stay in the room (but feel free to let us know if you would like more or less furniture to stay in the room, we can surely find a solution).
The apartment is on the third floor (there is an elevator). It is very well equipped (especially the kitchen as Clara has a great hand for cooking and baking) and in amazing shape since it has been renovated just a few years ago. We have all of the important things! A Washing mashine, a dishwasher, a vacuum cleaner, washing stands and 101 plant necessities.
Die Lage ist sehr günstig: U3 Kardinal-Nagl-Platz ist 10 Minuten entfernt, S-Bahn Station Rennweg ist 8 Minuten entfernt, die 71er Bim ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Spar, Billa, Etsan Bipa und DM sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt, ebenso wie Wien Mitte, die man in 15 Minuten bequem erreichen kann.

The Location is very convenient: U3 Kardinal-Nagl-Platz is 10 minutes away, S-Bahn station Rennweg is 8 minutes away, 71 Tram stations are 3 minutes away. Spar, Billa, Etsan Bipa and DM are all a few minutes away, as well as Wien Mitte which you can easily reach within 15 minutes.
Du wirst mit mir (Deniz) und Clara zusammenwohnen. Ich studiere Soziologie an der Universität Wien, aber ich plane, im Wintersemester auf Physik zu wechseln. Wenn das Wetter schön ist, findet man mich oft auf einem der Donaustege. Clara ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert im 4. Semester Ergotherapie. In ihrer Freizeit kümmert sie sich um Pflanzen oder bastelt an einem neuen Projekt. Gemeinsames Kochen und lange abendliche Gespräche sind für uns nichts Ungewöhnliches und du bist jederzeit herzlich willkommen, dich uns anzuschließen.
Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich jeder respektiert und gehört fühlt. Wir versuchen stets verständnisvoll miteinander umzugehen und eine aufrichtige und freundliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen, in der kein Platz für Homophobie, Sexismus, Ableismus oder Rassismus ist. Clara und ich überlegen uns eine Katze zu nehmen, deshalb wäre es gut wenn du auch Katzen magst. Falls du selbst eine Katze hast, kannst du sie gerne mitbringen.

You will live with me (Deniz) and Clara. I'm studying sociology at the University of Vienna, but I'm planning to switch to physics in the winter semester. When the weather is nice, I can often be found on one of the Danube piers. Clara who is 21 years old studies Occupational Therapy in 4th semester. In her free time she takes care of plants or does arts and crafts. We are very understanding, and helpful Cooking together and long evening conversations are nothing uncommon to us and you will be welcome to join us whenever you want.

We try to always be understanding and supportive and it's important to us to live in a space, where there is no place for Homophobia, Sexism, Ableism or Racism. Clara and me would like to get a cat, so it would be great if you also liked cats. You could also bring your cat.
