Es geht um ein 11qm Zimmer in einer 63qm 2er-WG (Altbau, 4. Stock). Die Wohnung umfasst:
- großer Flur mit Garderobe
- zwei 11qm Zimmer (getrennt begehbar, nicht hellhörig)
- vollausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühl-Gefrierkombi, Gasherd und Elektroofen
- großes, sehr helles Wohnzimmer (21qm)
- Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine
- separat begehbares WC
In den Zimmern liegt schönes Paket, der Gang, Küche, Bad & WC sind gefliest. Die Wände sind weiß gestrichen. Die Wohnung hat neue Fenster (seit Herbst 2016) und Heizkörper. Küche, Bad und WC sind relativ neu und in tadellosem Zustand.
Im großen, gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer steht ein Esstisch, zwei Couches, zwei kleine Regale und viele Pflanzen 😊. Hier ist aber noch Platz für zusätzliche Möbel und Gestaltungsideen. Durch die großen Altbaufenster kommt viel Licht ins Wohnzimmer. Das WLAN-Internet ist schnell und unlimitiert.
Aktuell ist das zu vergebende Zimmer noch möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderkasten, einem kleinen Kästen, einem Regal und einem Sessel. Falls gewünscht, kannst du die alle oder ein Teil der Möbel gerne übernehmen. Alternativ wird das Zimmer leer übergeben.

For rent is a nearly 12m2 room in a 63m2 apartment, which includes:
- spacious hallway
- fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher
- big living room (21m2) flooded with light
- bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin and washing machine
- separate toilet
The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are quite new and in excellent condition.
The huge living room as of yet features two cosy couches, a dining table, some small shelves and a lot of plants! 😊. But there is enough space for your furniture - I am also open to your ideas and suggestions. The living room is very bright, with lots of light coming through the big windows. WIFI is lightning-fast and unlimited.
Currently the room is still furnished with a bed, a closet, two other small drawers and a chair. If you wish, you can take over the furniture. Alternatively, the room will be handed over empty.
Die Wohnung liegt gleich (2 min) bei der S-Bahn Station Rennweg sowie bei der Haltestelle für die Straßenbahnlinien 71, O und die Buslinie 77A. Will man etwas ins Grüne, ist der botanische Garten ums Eck und der Schweizergarten gleich am anderen Ende der Fasangasse. Außerdem ist man mit dem Rad in 14 Minuten beim Prater im Grünen und auch der Donaukanal und Stadtpark ist nicht weit weg.
1-2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bäcker, Billa, Lidl, Hofer, DM, BIPA, ...
5 Minuten bis Wien Mitte (U3, U4; Interspar bis 22 Uhr und sonntags) mit S-Bahn oder Bim
5-10 Minuten zum Karlsplatz (TU) mit 71er Bim - zu Fuß ca.15min
10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof mit S-Bahn oder Bim – zu Fuß ca. 20min
15-20 Minuten zum Schottentor (Uni Wien) mit 71er Bim
15-20 Minuten zu Messe-Prater (WU) mit S-Bahn und U2
20 Minuten zum Flughafen mit S7
Mit dem Auto ist man von der A23 und A4 kommend auch sehr schnell da.

The apartment is very close to the S-Bahn station Rennweg (2min), the Tramlines 71, 0 and the bus line 77A. In case you want to hang out in a park, the botanical gardens are just around the corner and another park is at the other end of Fasangasse. By bike you are in 14min @ the Prater. Stadtpark is even closer and Donaukanal also not far.
1-2 min by foot to bakeries, supermarkets, drug stores – basically all you need
5 min to Wien Mitte (U3, U4; Interspar open till 10pm and on sundays) by S-Bahn or tram
5-10 min to Karlsplatz (TU) by tram 71 – by foot abt. 15min
10 min to Wien Hauptbahnhof by S-Bahn or tram – by foot abt. 20min
15-20 min to Schottentor (Uni Wien) by tram 71
15-20 min to Messe-Prater (WU) by S-Bahn and U2
20 min to the airport by S7
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin wäre ich, Bettina. Ich komme ursprünglich aus Ungarn und mache gerade mein PhD im Biocenter im 3. Bezirk. Ich arbeite viel und in meiner Freizeit bin ich gern in Cafés, mit Freunden und in der Natur unterwegs. Ich lese gerne und mach regelmäßig Sport. Zu Hause mag ich es ruhig und sauber.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bei sorgsamem Umgang kann gerne alles mitbenützt werden. Möbel für die Gemeinschaftsräume sind auch vorhanden – aber durchaus noch Platz für Änderungen möglich.

Your future-roommate would be me, Bettina. I come originally from Hungary and I am currently doing my PhD at the Vienna Biocenter. I work a lot and I like to spend my freetime in cafes, outside in the nature and with friends. I like to read and also do sports regularly. At home I prefer it clean and calm.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and you are welcome to use everything. The common rooms are furnished – but we can handle it flexible depending on your furniture and ideas ;) For the rest, just have a look by yourself – I`m happy to get to know you and show you the apartment.
Die Miete von 450 EUR ist alles inkl.(Miete, Betriebskosten, Strom, Gas, Internet und Haushaltsversicherung für uns beide). Falls du ein Fahrrad hast, gibt es im Innenhof einen Fahrradabstellplatz.
Ich bevorzuge eine, die voraussichtlich für eine längere Zeit einziehen möchte (> 1 Jahr!). Der Vertrag ist allerdings unverbindlich mit 3 Monate Kündigunsgzeit.
WICHTIG: Ich suche nur weibliche Mitbewohnerin!

I would prefer someone who is staying in Vienna for a longer time (> 1 year). Nevertheless, the contract is unlimited with 3 month quitting notice period.
