DE: Großes und helles Zimmer - also perfekt für alle, die mehr Platz haben wollen und Freunde einladen möchten. Das Zimmer ist auf der Südostseite positioniert, so dass das Zimmer sehr hell ist. Die Möbel kann ich gerne mit in meine neue Wohnung nehmen, ansonsten könnte ich Ihnen einen fairen Preis für die Möbel anbieten (Sofa, großer und kleiner Kleiderschrank, 140 Bett, Tisch, kleiner Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl). Wir haben eine neue Waschmaschine vor einem Monat gekauft - Ich würde eine Ablöse von 100€ verlangen.
EN: Large and bright room - so perfect for those who wants to have more space and invite some friends. The room is positioned on the south east side, so the room is really bright. I may take the furniture with me to my new flat, if not I could offer you some fair price for the furniture (Sofa, big and small wardrobe, 140 Bett, Table, small desk, and office chair).
We bought a new washing machine a month ago - I would charge a € 100 transfer fee.
DE: 8 Minuten zu Fuß zum S-Bahnhof Wien Rennweg, 2 Minuten zur Straßenbahnlinie 71, die Sie in die Innenstadt bringt und 10 Minuten zur U3-Station Kardinal-Nagl-Platz. Natürlich sind auch alle Supermärkte (Hofer, Spar, Billa) in der Nähe.

EN: 8 minutes walking to Wien Rennweg S-Bahnhof, 2 minutes to tram 71 which takes you to city center and 10 minutes to U3 station Kardinal-Nagl-Platz. Of course, all supermarkets (Hofer, Spar, Billa) are close as well.

DE: Die Wohnung wird mit 2 Deutsche und 1 Spanier/Inder geteilt. Insgesamt ist es eine ruhige Wohnung und es gibt keinen Gemeinschaftsraum zum Verweilen, aber es macht niemandem etwas aus, sich in der Küche zu unterhalten oder ein paar Freunde einzuladen.
EN: The flat is shared with 2 german speaking guys and 1 spanish/indian speaking guy . Overall it’s a quiet flat and there is no common room to hang out, but no one minds having some friendly chat in the kitchen or inviting some friends over.
Sonstiges
DE: Die Wohnung ist sehr entspannt und liegt auf der Südseite, so dass immer die Sonne scheint. Du kannst jederzeit Leute einladen. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, also ist es ziemlich praktisch, wenn du es morgens eilig hast. Schreib mir bitte bei Interesse oder weiteren Fragen!
EN: The flat is pretty relaxed and situated on the south side, so there is always sun shining. You can always invite people over. There are two bath rooms, so it's pretty handy if you are in hurry in the morning. Write me if you are interested or have additional questions!
