Großes WG Zimmer in der hellen Rennweg-WG

Die WG hat super öffentliche Anbindungen.
Sie befindet sich 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle 71 Oberzellergasse, womit man schnell zur Stadtmitte gelangt und zur S-Bahn Station Rennweg und Simmering und 3 Minuten von der S-Bahn Station St. Marx, wo man mit der S7 direkt zum Flughafen gelangt oder zum Praterstern.
Ebenso fährt bei St.Marx die Straßenbahn 18 zum Hauptbahnhof und die 74A zu Wien Mitte.
Alles ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
In 15 Minuten ist man bei der U3 Kardinal-Nagel Platz.
Durch die Landstraße und den Fred-Zimmermanplatz hat man alle möglichen Supermärkte, Drogerien und Shops im Umkreis von 10 Minuten zu Fuß. (Hofer, Penny, Billa, Billa Plus, Lidl, Spar, dm, Bipa, Libro etc.)

Die 71 fährt direkt zur TU (15 Min), zur Akademie der bild. Künste (21 Min) und zur Hauptuni (26 Min). In der Med Uni und der WU ist man in 34 Min und in der BOKU in 47 Min.
Das Vienna Biocenter ist gleich um die Ecke.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Eva, Maya und Johannes.

Eva, 23, kommt aus Irland und hat ihren Bachelor in Kriminologie. Zurzeit besucht Sie an der Hauptuni einen Deutschkurs. Am besten unterhält man sich mit ihr in Englisch, aber Sie versteht auch vieles auf Deutsch. Zurzeit verdient Sie ihr Geld bei Five Guys, bislang ist es uns aber noch nicht gelungen Sie bei der Arbeit zu besuchen.
Sie ist eine freundliche und gesprächige Person, mit unendlich vielen Geschichten aus ihrem Leben, die Sie zu erzählen hat. Die Zeit scheint oft in einem Gespräch mit ihr wie im Flug vorbei zufliegen und schon hat man 2 Stunden in der Küche mit quatschen verbracht. Ihre Pyjamas-Sets, die Sie jedes Jahr zu Weihnachten bekommt sind stylish und man würde gerne auch so cool beim schlafen ausschauen.

Maya, 24, kommt aus Regensburg, macht gerade ihren Master in Biologie und arbeitet im Vienna Bio Center.
Maya ist eine aufmerksame, liebe und ehrliche Mitbewohnerin. Sie achtet auf Umweltfreundlichkeit und kocht leckeres veganes Essen. Ihr Zimmer schaut ehrlich gesagt am coolsten aus oder wie unsere Nachbarin aus der WG nebenan auch gesagt hat: "Schaut aus wie ein Zimmer auf Pinterest." Sie hat einen grünen Daumen und super viele Pflanzen, die immer mal wieder auch unsere Badewanne begrünen und dem Badezimmer einen Dschungel-Vibe gibt.
Man kann sich darauf verlassen bei Maya ein offenes Ohr zu finden und ehrliche Antworten zu hören.

Johannes, 27, ist schon am längsten in der Wg und hat die Konstellation davor auch miterlebt. Er ist fast fertig mit seinem Master in Raumplanung und hat einen Bachelor in Soziologie.
Johannes macht sehr gerne Beats in seinem Zimmer und hat jede Woche eine neue Nische, für die er sich begeistert. Wenn er mal nicht davon träumt neue Instrumente, Synthesizer, keyboards etc. zu kaufen , kocht er wahrscheinlich etwas leckeres in der Küche. Als WG-Profikoch beglückt er uns gerne mit leckerem Essen und neuen Rezepten, die er auf Youtube gefunden hat. Die Küche gehört sobald er anfängt ihm und man hilft gerne beim schnibbeln und waschen. Aber das Würzen ist seine Aufgabe, denn "zu viele Köche versalzen die Suppe".

Das Wg-Leben ist ruhig, da alle tagsüber unterwegs sind um zu studieren oder zu arbeiten. Jedoch machen wir gerne große Abendessen mit Freunden und viel Wein und die Küche wird abends zum Herz der Wohnung. Auch gehen wir gerne immer mal wieder zusammen zu Second Hand Shops, Partys und Bars zusammen. Jeder hat seinen Rückzugsort in seinem Zimmer, man lässt aber gerne auch die Tür offen, wenn man quatschen will.

Zurzeit übernehme ich (Martha) die WG Verträge und somit werden alle Rechnungen an meinen Namen geschickt. Die Rechnungen werden alle mit unserem gemeinsamen Wg Konto bezahlt. Falls du bei uns einziehst müsstest du die Verträge übernehmen. Da kommt aber keine große Verantwortung auf dich zu, da du nur Namenshalter für die Verträge wärst. Falls es Probleme gibt mit Rechnungen etc, wird das natürlich gemeinsam in der WG-Gruppe besprochen :)

Ein paar Möbel können mit Ablöse übernommen werden. Dazu gehört (Sofa, Bett, Schreibtisch, Spiegel)
Eine Ablöse überlege ich mir noch. Wenn du die Möbel nicht willst, bekommst du das Zimmer leer.

The Rennweg-WG is looking for a new roommate!

The room will be available from July.
Your new room is 23m², has very high ceilings and is brightly lit with 2 large windows.
The floor is a timeless herringbone parquet floor and the previous tenant has installed very bright ceiling lights.
The room is street facing and there is a HTL school across the street, which means you have no direct neighbors across the street.
Although the room is north-facing, it is very bright at midday because the white facade of the HTL across the street reflects a lot of light into the room at midday.

The apartment is very large with 4 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and toilet and has windows both south and north facing. The kitchen and bathroom face directly into the courtyard and a lot of sunlight comes in at noon.

The WG has super public connections.
It is located 3 minutes walk from the stop 71 Oberzellergasse, which takes you quickly to the city center and the S-Bahn station Rennweg and Simmering and 3 minutes from the S-Bahn station St. Marx, where you can take the S7 directly to the airport or Praterstern.
The 18 to the main station and the 74A to Wien Mitte also leave from St.Marx.
Everything is within less than 5 minutes walking distance.

Through the Landstraße and Fred-Zimmermanplatz you have all kinds of supermarkets, drugstores and stores within 10 minutes walk. (Hofer, Penny, Billa, Billa Plus, Lidl, Spar, dm, Bipa, Libro etc.).

The 71 goes directly to the TU (15 min), to the Akademie der bild. Künste (21 min) and to the main university (26 min). Med Uni and WU are 34 minutes away and BOKU 47 minutes.

Your future roommates are Eva, Maya and Johannes.

Eva, 23, is from Ireland and has her Bachelor in Criminology. She is currently attending a German course at the main university. The best way to talk to her is in English, but she also understands a lot in German. She currently works for Five Guys, but we have not been able to visit her at work yet.
She is a friendly and talkative person, with endless stories to tell about her life. Time often seems to fly by in a conversation with her and you've already spent 2 hours in the kitchen chatting. Her pajama sets, which she gets every year for Christmas, are stylish and you would love to look that cool while sleeping.

Maya, 24, comes from Regensburg, Germany, is currently doing her Master in Biology and works at the Vienna Bio Center.
Maya is an attentive, kind and honest roommate. She pays attention to environmental friendliness and cooks delicious vegan food. Her room honestly looks the coolest or as our next door neighbor also said, "Looks like a room on Pinterest." She has a green thumb and maaaany plants that every now and then green up our bathtub as well, giving the bathroom a jungle vibe.
You can count on hearing honest answers from Maya.

Johannes, 27, has been in the Wg the longest and has also experienced the constellation before. He is almost done with his master's degree in spatial planning and has a bachelor's degree in sociology.
Johannes loves making beats in his room and has a new niche he gets excited about every week. When he's not dreaming about buying new instruments, synthesizers, keyboards, etc., he's probably cooking something delicious in the kitchen. As a WG-chef he likes to delight us with delicious food and new recipes he found on Youtube. The kitchen belongs to him as soon as he starts and you like to help with the cutting and washing. But seasoning is his job, because "too many cooks spoil the soup".

Wg life is quiet as everyone is away studying or working during the day. However, we like to make big dinners with friends and lots of wine and the kitchen becomes the heart of the apartment in the evening. We also like to go to second hand stores, parties and bars together every now and then. Everyone has their place of retreat in their room, but we also like to leave the door open when we want to chat.

Currently, I (Martha) take over the WG contracts and thus all bills are sent to my name. The bills are all paid with our joint WG bankaccount. If you move in with us, you would have to take over the contracts. But there is no big responsibility for you, because you would only be the name holder for the contracts. If there are problems with bills etc., this will of course be discussed together in the WG group :)

A few pieces of furniture can be taken over with a change fee. This includes (sofa, bed, desk, mirror).
I am still thinking about a transfer fee. If you do not want the furniture, you get the room empty.
