ab 01. Juli 2022 (wahlweise auch erst 15. Juli) wird ein Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen WG im 3. Bezirk frei!
Das Zimmer hat 20 qm es ist sehr hell und im Sommer angenehm kühl.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 365€ + ca. 150€ Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Gas, GIS, Internet). Wir erwarten nächste Jahr eine Rückzahlung von unserem Energiebetreiber zu bekommen, welche anteilig auf alle aufgeteilt wird, wodurch sich die Miete Rückwirkend reduzieren kann.
Im Zimmer würde nur der Schrank bleiben. Kann aber auch raus. Da ich leicht einen Transporter mieten kann, helfe ich wahlweise auch gerne das Zimmer zu möblieren.

Dear WG-seekers,
from 01 July 2022 (alternatively also 15 July) a room in our cozy WG in the 3rd district is free!
The room has about 20 sqm it is very bright and pleasantly cool in summer.
The rent for the room is 365€ + about 150€ utilities (electricity, water, gas, GIS, internet). We expect next year to get a refund from our energy provider, which will be divided proportionally among all, which may reduce the rent retroactively.
In the room would remain only the cabinet. But can also go out. Since I can easily rent a van, I optionally also like to help to furnish the room.
Die Wohnung liegt an einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, direkt am Botanische Garten plus einen Steinwurf weiter, das Schloss Belvedere. Zum Joggen und im Sommer zum schnelle Sonnenbad lädt der Schweizergarten ein, der sich nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt befindet.
Die Station Rennweg ist gleich ums Eck (S-Bahn, Bim, Bus) und den Hauptbahnhof (U1) erreicht man in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn. Auch in Wien Mitte (U3, U4) ist man super schnell. Zur Hauptuni braucht man ca. 15 Minuten mit den Öffis.
Billa, Hofer, DM und BIPA sind ebenfalls nur ums Eck, quasi fast vor der Haustür und auch alles andere was man so braucht ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar!

The apartment is located at a quite side road close to the botanic garden which is next to the Belvedere. If you want to have a walk or a run, the park "Schweizergarten" is also just a few minutes away.
To get to the train station "Rennweg" (S-Bahn, tram, bus), it just takes a few minutes to walk. From there, you can get to "Wien Mitte/Landstraße" (U3, U4) in a few more minutes. If you need to go to the central station of Vienna, you can go there by walking within 10-15 minutes, or you can take the tram, which is basically just next to the apartment, and arrive at the central station within 5 minutes.
Supermarkets (Billa, Hofer) and DM (drugstore) are just across the street, and almost everything else you need in your daily life is close-by.
Max (29) studiert Psychologie an der Hauptuni, Shreyas (27) macht gerade seinen PhD in Atomphysik und ich (28) studiere medizinische mol. Biotechnologie an der FH Campus Wien. Wir sind angenehme Mitbewohner, sind sehr tolerant haben einen guten Sinn für Humor. Wir haben eine App mit der wir den Putzplan und gemeinschaftliche Einkäufe organisieren. Wir kochen gerne zusammen (z.B. Pizza) und trinken dabei gerne auch mal 1-5 Bierchen. Allgemein ist die WG eher eine ruhige, da wir alle den Arsch voll Arbeit haben😊

Max (29) is studying psychology at the main university, Shreyas (27) is doing his PhD in nuclear physics and I (28) am studying medical mol. Biotechnology at the FH Campus Wien. We are pleasant roommates, are very tolerant have a good sense of humor. We have an app with which we organize the cleaning schedule and communal shopping. We like to cook together (e.g. pizza) and drink 1-5 beers. In general, the WG is rather a quiet one, because we all have an ass full of work😊.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch noch ein Kellerabteil und die Wohnanlage hat außerdem noch einen Innenhof, wo man z.B. sein Rad abstellen kann oder bei Besuch ohne Pickerl derjenige 1-2 Tage Parken kann.

The apartment also comes with a small cellar room and the housing complex has an inner courtyard where you can park your bicycle.
