We are looking for a roommate from August 2022 to January 2023 and are very excited to read from you!
Our beautiful Viennese Altbauwohung, in the middle of the 3rd district has a size of 115 square meters and consists of 3 bedrooms, an entrance hall, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The room that is for temporary rent is about 31 square meters, has 2 traditional double windows and an original Fischgräten parquet floor. It is rented furnished (different furniture than in the photos, because these photos are from an old roommate). There is also a huge TV in the room, which can be used.
The other rooms are similar in size, the kitchen and the bathroom have ca. 15 square meters each du are fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven and all kitchen utensils. You are welcome to park a bicycle in the courtyard.
It doesn't get any better than this - right in the middle of the 3 district of Vienna. From here you can reach the most important places of Vienna in a shortest time: 10 minutes by bike to the Danube Canal, 10 minutes by bike to the Green Prater Part, 15 minutes by bike to St. Stephen's Cathedral, 10 minutes by bike to Karlsplatz and Naschmarkt, etc.
The Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien)can be reached by bike in 15 minutes (through the green Prater Park) or simply by public transport in about 25 minutes.
To the main university of Vienna you can take the tram line 71, which leaves directly from the front door and stops at the gates of the university which takes you about 15 minutes.
Public transport:
• Streetcar 71: directly in front of the front door
• Bus 77A: directly in front of the door
• Sbahn station: about 5 minutes walk away (from there you can also get to Vienna Airport in 20 minutes)
• U3 subway: about 9 minutes on foot away
You will spend your time in our shared flat with Daniela (from Tyrol, Master student and tutor at WU Vienna) and Exchange student Emilie (from Copenhagen, Master student). We look forward to undertake a lot of activities together, chat, cook and sometimes leave our nice apartment for trips together.
The cost for the room is 620€ per month. The stated rent is the fixed price for all utilities (electricity, internet, water, heating costs), which is currently paid. A deposit of 620€ (one month rent) would be taken as security for the furniture etc., which you will of course get back immediately after moving out.
